AdminDroid bridges gaps that Microsoft won’t. Its granular permission controls, integrated no-code automation, approval workflows, and fast-loading auditing features provide a high level of visibility into my tenant.

What I appreciate most about Admin Droid is how quickly I can access the data I need. While I do enjoy using PowerShell, I simply don't have the time to master every aspect of it. With more than 3,000 reports available at my fingertips, I can always get the information I require exactly when I need it.

It provides under-the-hood information that we often don't even think about being useful. Moreover, we can find cross-product reports, so we can discover help that can change our own perspective while searching for a function. Although we are only just starting to use it in a productive environment, we are getting to know more and more of its really useful functions - and as an outsource IT support company, we can support more client tenants. This means that the advantage of the cloud can also be realized in this product: real enterprise services (including IT quality assurance or security aspects) can appear in small businesses, with minimal specific investment. Since we also deal with education, the ease of use from the first minute is very beneficial, the test environment is easy to install (Windows as a runtime environment is especially fortunate for training operators managing M365 tenants). Customer service responded to questions very quickly and in a relatively expedient manner, and although I contacted them via email, we were able to talk very cordially.
