I love the new upgrade with the additional reporting features and especially the deep insights into Teams, Exchange and SharePoint. These will be very useful in helping to ensure users are getting the maximum use out of the Microsoft 365 suite. I found it very easy to get my clients connected and to start analyzing data for them. The ability to print PDF reports including the graphs will help create visuals for the client that they can easily understand. Customer service for the product is also very quick to respond and resolve any issues with integration or server technical issues.
