The perfect system for an organisation with a low or developing maturity in Project Portfolio management, as it's simple to implement and use, and you aren't paying for a hundred advanced features you don't really need. I spent 8 months looking for a solution for Portfolio management, and Acuity is the only one I found that delivers a simple solution, suitable for most organisations - it doesn't try to be a Project Management software solution, which means it can be implemented on top of existing Project Management software seamlessly. I really love Acuity PPM. It has a clean, intuitive user interface that was accessible to my entire project team, regardless of computer expertise. The various built-in query and reporting visualizations make it easy to see the status of your whole portfolio.
