Good product and great customer support

I was researching ably products to design a solution to meet business needs. I had some questions about the product and it was really fast and easy to reach out to customer support personal who knew technical information about the product in details. Questions were answered quickly and to the point.

Incredibly easy to get started!

|Ably Realtime
It's inexpensive and I was able to get it started. I had an issue (user error) in my implementation that blew up my free-tier quota (100% my fault) and Ably customer support were amazing at resolving my issues. Someone got on live chat with me at 11PM, did not expect that!
