Several years ago we needed a way to deliver updates in real time to our frontend. We built it in days thanks to Ably Realtime. Since then we scaled our usage by orders of magnitude and Ably remained impressively stable and awlays delivered high performances.

The Ably team has been very helpful since the start of our project which gives our users a real-time interactive experience with features such as presence, chat, and ability for users to join a virtual stage. The ably documentation has been easy to find what we need with a lot of useful examples to get us started with integrating with Ably. The dev console has also been helpful with troubleshooting during our build phases. Moreover, the Ably team has been super responsive and quick to answer any questions we have about our tech solutions with Ably. They have guided us effectively. I’m also very impressed at how Ryan Landes has been effective at facilitating every discussion and quick to setup meetings with the right people to help us move quickly. The breadth of platform/client support and the extensive technogy background of the realtime platform. We're in production with Ably since 3 years and it has performed like a champ ever since. Support and tech assistance were great too in cases where we needed them.
