We booked AiTrillion for our Shopify store at the beginning of 2025 because we were looking for an all-in-one solution for customer engagement, email marketing, product reviews, and web push notifications – and wanted to replace tools like JudgeMe and Omnisend. To make the transition easier, we also booked the paid setup service for about €500. The hope was to save money and simplify processes – unfortunately, that was not the case for us. The support is really top-notch – fast, friendly, and always eager to help. If you have a question, you usually get an answer within a short time, often directly in the chat. Even if it sometimes takes several attempts, they ultimately try to solve every problem. The loyalty and review functions worked well technically and are neatly integrated into the store. It was particularly convenient that everything is available in one tool – at least in theory.

No need of individual app, Aitrillion handles a lot of stuff in 1 go.

Found them via Shopify and first of all, the onboarding has been better than any other Shopify app so far. Soon after the free install, they set up a zoom meeting (showing their face) and talked about my needs rather than just a demo. I've spoken to the same individual since in a Slack channel which is, once again, much better than the typical ticket that responds to asking more questions. They even fixed a code error in my Shopify theme that was causing an auto-sign out for the user after a few clicks / ~45sec sign in session I software itself seems to be the best for my use case since it is loyalty-based, but has other rich features that naturally compliment it e.g. membership/subscriptions and even sms. Although I haven't used it long, everything seems to be running well, and the UX/UI is good. I was able to ditch 3 other apps, that although I didn't save money, it was very close and now i no longer need to Frankenstein those apps, especially when they all 3 need integration. With this, I only need to integrate one app, of which has my back. Looking forward to getting more settled into it; thanks again.
