Recommendations to others considering HEY:
If you're willing to get used to a different appearance and adapt to a new way of processing emails, Hey is well worth checking out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is HEY solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved to Hey after losing all patience with the 75,000 unread emails in my personal Outlook email inbox. Years of things I didn't sign up for or don't read anymore finally took their toll, and I gave up and started over. There's a lot to love here, but one of my favorite features is the ability to file away things in what Hey calls "The Paper Trail." It's perfect for keeping receipts, tracking numbers, order confirmations, and things you don't want sitting pinned at the top of your inbox but also need to be able to find and reference easily.
One of the main complaints about Hey when it was first released was the lack of support for domain-based email, but Hey has added that. Since I work for a large org, I haven't transitioned our entire organization over to using Hey, but it's definitely something I've considered doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
