What do you like best about Zingtree?

Zingtree has become a core tool for our day‑to‑day operations, especially for guiding agents through complex workflows without needing constant supervisor intervention. The drag‑and‑drop decision tree builder is very intuitive and allows us to quickly update logic as policies change, which has saved us hours each week compared to maintaining static documentation. We regularly use its integrations with tools like Zendesk and Salesforce so agents can launch decision trees directly from tickets, keeping everything fast and consistent. Performance has been reliable even with large trees, and version control makes it easy to audit changes or roll back when needed. What do you like best about Zingtree?

What do you like best about Zingtree?

Minimal improvisation. Correct script adherence. Real error reduction. I love the integration it has with my contact center SaaS. It is very user-friendly when using it within my contact center SaaS. My team of agents' performance has improved. The cost is a bit high, but it has been worth it. I would like to explore more of what can be done with AI. Sometimes the reporting aspect of Zingtree can be difficult to use and depending on the report you pull, it doesn't pull all of the required information. Well it is crucial for my company to have capability for more subfolders (more than 5) as we have a lot complex different flows.

What do you like best about Zingtree?

I find Zingtree to be a great tool for our website, helping walk our users through complex business processes. It's very easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive, making it simple to adjust existing trees. I really appreciate how easy it is to embed Zingtree or send links to the trees, which really suits our process. Managing and updating decision trees became super straightforward with Zingtree, and onboarding was incredibly easy.
