What is this product? Zelthy HCP Event Management is an application for pharmaceutical commercial and medical affairs teams managing HCP-facing events — advisory boards, speaker programs, CME events, and congresses. It covers event planning, invitations and RSVP management, attendance capture, expense tracking, and compliance documentation, with built-in controls for aggregate spend monitoring and transparency reporting requirements (Sunshine Act, EFPIA). Key Features & Functionalities - Event planning and logistics management - HCP invitation management with RSVP tracking - Attendance capture and documentation - Expense tracking with built-in spend limits and approval workflows - Transparency reporting for Sunshine Act and EFPIA compliance - Speaker program management with FMV documentation Primary Solution & Value Pharmaceutical HCP events carry significant compliance obligations — spend limits, transparency reporting, fair market value documentation. Managing these requirements across dozens of events per year using spreadsheets creates compliance risk. This application embeds compliance controls directly into the event workflow, ensuring every event meets regulatory requirements while reducing the administrative burden on commercial teams.
