Whenever I contact support, they are quick to answer. Last time they even changed something in the software based on my request. I have been using Yolocast to broadcast my kids waterpolo games live back to parents that were unable to make it to the game. The system is easy to set up and preload into the Yolomini. On game day all I do is show up plug it in and I am broadcasting. Very simple and intuitive. This has become a great hobby. I have created several Overlays including a custom scoreboard, a roster and bottom screen crawl that make the broadcast look above amateur status.
