The Customer Support was amazing. **What do you dislike about WPBakery?** Some features are a little counter-intuitive, like equal column height in rows, but its easy to figure out. **What problems is WPBakery solving and how is that benefiting you?** WPBakery was the solution to a difficult situtation. Our agency inherited management of a website that had been built with ACF. The original developer held the license and had all fields locked so the client could not edit their website. We installed WPBakery and it integrated beautifully with ACF, allowing us to redesign the homepage with ease. In the end, there was an alignment issue with the mobile responsive design due to the locked website settings, but we contacted WPBakery Support for help and they were very responsive. They looked at the site and provided a custom CSS solution. It worked perfectly. We could not be happier and will be using WPBakery from now on for all our website CMS needs. ### 2. Although the plugin is paid it is so famous and widely used in the wordpress world to be integrated on two themes out of three. **What do you dislike about WPBakery?** The theme-integrated version is almost always unlicensed. This prevents automatic plugin updates. You have to wait theme update in order to obtain a new version of this plugin. Otherwise you have to buy the licence. I also have some issues with the new Wordpress Editor Gutenberg rolled out in version 5.0. If there is one element you want at the bottom of every page, such as a call to action box, it can be difficult to do this efficiently. Furthermore, if the call to action box is modified, that means it must be modified on every page. I'd love to see a "universal block" be added. **Recommendations to others considering WPBakery:** WPBakery is hands down the best and standard plugin for a drag-and-drop WordPress interface. There aren't many caveats to it other than the ones outlined in the "What I Dislike" section, and overall it is the only WordPress builder plugin I can recommend. **What problems is WPBakery solving and how is that benefiting you?** WPBakery dramatically improves the flexibility of WordPress websites. I have worked with a few sites that do not have this plugin, and I spent way longer trying to configure things how I wanted them.
