What I Wish I Had Known Earlier

Looking back on my HR career journey, I can only imagine how much more efficient I could have been with Wowledge in my toolkit from the beginning. This platform would have accelerated my development while enhancing the level of sophistication in my output much earlier.

Room for Improvement

While the platform is exceptional, there are components that they are continuing to evaluate and develop. I'd love to find more specialized programs such as Executive Compensation, Benefits Management, etc. I really had to think through the gaps on this, btw. Wowledge offers extremely high-end strategic frameworks, roadmaps, and tools for human resources similar to consulting firms like McLean, Corporate Executive Board, Veris, Gartner, etc. You can create action plans for workforce planning, learning and professional development programs, talent attraction and retention, succession planning, headcount analyses, and on and on... The step-by-step roadmaps help you from concept to implementation to evaluation in all areas of the employee life cycle. The frameworks are categorized by level of expertise or complexity. There are countless resources for every type of HR professional, with some offerings available on the website for free. Even if you pay for the packages, the price is significantly below the cost that most consulting firm's charge. Wowledge is an awesome way to look super smart at your workplace. You have access to real people in real time while most other companies are impossible to get in contact with. I even was able to speak directly with their CEO! The tools are so easy to use that you do not need support as they are created with step by step instructions, guides, and forms that are ready to utilize. I review my roadmap often, at least once per week and the website let's you create roadmaps for free. You also can earn "credits" called Wows when you review the sites tools. By far, the best feature of Wowledge is how absolutely easy it is to log on and learn a new HR topic complete with frameworks and guides built by industry experts. There is nothing out there like Wowledge - a fit for purpose solution for individuals and organizations keen to identify, develop, create and compare Best Practice people-focused solutions. Wowledge provides step-level learning and exposure to facilitate multiple levels of experience, as well as exposure to a multitude of proven practices, programs and processes. The structure of the Wowledge platform supports general information data gathering, development of bespoke approaches, and the ability to leverage pratical and actionable information (guides and tools). I have not yet seen a People/HR knowledge platform that is built with future content in mind (and intended!). Wowledge has created not only this type of platform, but content that addresses a multitude of critical areas and verticals within the People/HR practice, focusing on individuals and organizations that are dedicated to employee engagement and high-performing cultures.

As Wowledge continues to expand future module offerings, I will be looking forward to gaining added insight and perspective on coming shifts and trends and relying on Wowledge team as an informative resource and guide, providing me and my team with relevant information, data, and access to proven practices. Dislike? - would be great if it were all built now! - But then, that's the value add of Wowledge as it has the ability to augment, add and support future module development to meet the quickly changing needs of our competitive environments and business practices.
