"One Platform, Zero Missed Updates — Workvivo Keeps Our Distributed Team Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

What I appreciate most about Workvivo is how it consolidates all team communication into a single, accessible platform. As someone working in Selling Partner Support handling vendor interactions across shifts, having one place to check for process updates, SOP changes, and team announcements has been transformative. The social feed format makes it easy to scroll through updates without the formality of email, and the ability to react, comment, and engage with posts creates a sense of connection with colleagues I may never meet in person. The mobile experience means I can stay informed even before my shift starts, so I'm never caught off guard by a policy change mid-conversation with a vendor. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo excels at centralizing communication, the notification system can feel overwhelming at times — especially during high-activity periods when multiple teams post simultaneously. It can be difficult to filter out what's directly relevant to my role versus general organizational updates, which occasionally leads to notification fatigue. A more granular notification customization option would go a long way. Additionally, the search functionality could be more robust; finding a specific post or announcement from a few weeks back sometimes requires more scrolling than I'd like, particularly on mobile. "One place for everything — communication made simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

Workvivo makes internal communication feel natural and engaging rather than forced. The social-media-style activity feed keeps me connected with company updates, team wins, and shoutouts — all in one place without digging through emails. The mobile app ensures I never miss important announcements even when I'm away from my desk. What surprised me most is how it's built a sense of community across teams that rarely interact — recognition posts and reactions make appreciation visible company-wide, which genuinely boosts morale. It's simple, intuitive, and doesn't feel like "another tool to check." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Nothing major to dislike — it does what it's meant to do well. If anything, minor improvements to search and notification filtering would make it even better, but these are small things compared to the overall value it brings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visibility and productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

Workvivo has completely transformed our daily workflow by boosting both visibility and productivity across the entire organization. By centralizing our communications, it ensures everyone—from corporate office staff to frontline teams—stays aligned with our core company goals and values. The addition of new features like Workvivo HQ and the HQ Agent makes finding information effortless, allowing us to ask natural-language questions and receive instant answers from connected systems like Google Drive or SharePoint. Combined with AI-driven tools like "Catch Me Up" for quick summaries and "AI Compose" for rapid drafting, Workvivo eliminates communication silos and saves hours of searching, keeping us connected and focused on what matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo excels at driving engagement, there are key areas where the platform could improve to further boost our productivity and visibility. Enhancing the search functionality with deeper cross-platform indexing would make finding specific documents across external drives much faster. Refining the mobile chat notification settings would help users better manage digital noise and prevent alert fatigue during off-hours. Additionally, offering more advanced analytics dashboards directly to team leads—rather than just top-level administrators—would give managers better visibility into local team engagement and help them address communication gaps proactively. "Engaging platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

The platform has continued to grow on me. I appreciate the seamless integration of company updates, shoutouts, and team celebrations in one place. The feed feels intuitive and keeps me connected to what's happening across the organization without needing to check multiple tools. It genuinely makes work feel more connected and community-driven. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

The mobile app data consumption could still use some optimization — especially when auto-playing videos on mobile data. A "data saver" mode or option to lower media quality on cellular networks would be a welcome addition. Otherwise, the desktop experience has been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Communication, Simple Config"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

I love that Workvivo facilitates communication between us, which also allows us to learn what's happening elsewhere in the company. It's an engine that works well for us on a professional level, allowing us to post articles and know the news within the company. For me, it's excellent. The initial setup was quite easy on our side. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

I would say that sometimes, for viewing people's profiles, it might be a bit more difficult to be able to see them. And also, we have a lot of different tabs, so you have to go page by page to clear the blue dots. We could perhaps have an option in the tab, like clicking a button that marks everything as read, because sometimes we have already seen certain news on a tab, but it appears as if we haven't seen them. "Connecting Across Work and Hobbies"

What do you like best about Workvivo?

I like that there are separate sections for different work segments and hobbies! The high-five mechanic is really fun and is a good way to connect and learn more about people. The badges also come in handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Sometimes it can be difficult to find older posts. If I need to reference an update for the company but I didn't save it at the time, it can take a while to get back to the update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

Workvivo offers seamless integration with a wide range of Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools, as well as platforms like SharePoint. These integrations enable employees to access important documents, collaborate efficiently, and stay connected without switching between multiple applications. By bringing communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration into a unified experience, Workvivo provides a more intuitive, user-friendly, and productive digital workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Introducing a more personalized content feed and enhancing the AI-powered search capabilities would significantly improve the overall user experience. A personalized feed that recommends relevant content based on an employee’s role, department, location, and interests would make it easier to discover important updates and reduce information overload. Additionally, a more intelligent AI-powered search that understands natural language queries and quickly retrieves relevant posts, documents, policies, and knowledge articles would help employees find the information they need more efficiently, improving both productivity and engagement. "Workvivo: A One-Stop Hub for Staying Connected and Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

What really stands out to me about Workvivo's recent updates is how they're tackling everyday friction points head-on. The complete mobile app redesign makes it so much easier for frontline and desk workers alike to stay connected on the go, which is huge for distributed teams. The unified search experience is a game-changer — having one powerful search bar that pulls everything together means less time hunting for information and more time actually getting things done. I also appreciate the smarter chat feature that lets you mark messages as unread, which is a small but incredibly useful addition for keeping track of important conversations. The Pages enhancements with inline documents, reactions, comments, and version control bring real collaboration depth to content management. And the Seer upgrades with advanced segment filtering and multi-question surveys per driver make employee listening far more insightful without dragging out survey cycles. Overall, Workvivo is clearly evolving from a basic internal comms tool into a polished, consumer-grade employee experience platform that people genuinely want to use every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo has made impressive strides with its 2026 updates, there are still areas that could use improvement. The customization options remain somewhat limited — teams often want more flexibility in tailoring the look, feel, and layout of their spaces to match their brand or department needs, and the current options feel restrictive. Collaboration features for internal comms teams could be more robust, particularly around co-authoring content, approval workflows, and scheduling posts across multiple channels simultaneously. User onboarding and setup still feels clunkier than it should — adding new users, assigning them to the right teams, and setting up targeted content delivery involves too many manual steps that could be streamlined with better bulk actions or automated provisioning. Additionally, the analytics and reporting capabilities, while improved with Seer, still lack the granularity that larger organizations need for measuring ROI on specific campaigns or content pieces. A more intuitive admin dashboard with clearer navigation and fewer clicks to accomplish routine tasks would go a long way in making the platform easier to manage at scale.
