The Actions Library is very powerful, and allows us to create RPA solutions to all of the problems we have faced to date. The ability for the RPA Express platform to evolve and scale up to AI, ML, NLP as your business needs to do so is very good. This ability allows for easier buy-in from Senior Management and shows a clear path for ROI and the overall RPA/AI journey. **What do you dislike about WorkFusion AI Digital Agents?** Sometimes I want to try/do things that the application blocks or doesn't allow. But, it has been shown that it does so because I am bending or breaking best-practices. Hard to complain, but every once in a while I get frustrated. :-) **Recommendations to others considering WorkFusion AI Digital Agents:** I recommend going through the Power User training course on Automation Academy. It's really a no-brainer as 1) it's free, 2) it provides a GREAT primer to Automation in general, 3) it gives your team a great jump-start into writing good automation scripts. I also recommend going through some basic software development training to understand best-practices and how to write automations that handle errors gracefully. **What problems is WorkFusion AI Digital Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we solved was automating the manual monitoring of websites done by our team of market researchers. We have reduced costs, improved employee morale/engagement/job-satisfaction, and greatly increased the training and up-skilling possibilities for the team. In addition, we created two new product offerings that could not have been possible if done manually. Only by going straight to automation were they possible. Great also to understand and discover all the underlying challenges. Would recommend to move to Smart Process Automation (SPA) instead of the free version for an organisation wide deployment. Speed, different capabilities and the culture of the company. Keeping high speed in development and also focusing on value adding capabilities for the customer. The Management is easy to connect to which means a lot if problem arises. Easy to use for maximum returns. **What do you dislike about WorkFusion AI Digital Agents?** Sometimes hard to get answers from - lack of time (due to growth?) Also inbuilt integration with other third party tools is missing in this tool . OCR does not function as expected all the time(it takes time to read data from PDF or other sources). So this functionality needs to be improvised across all the RPA Tools including RPA Express by workfusion. **Recommendations to others considering WorkFusion AI Digital Agents:** I would recommend RPA Express to those who are seeking RPA solutions in an economical environment as it is free to use. Do not hesitate to download RPA Express because it is free license. And please start to learn Automation Academy first because it's free and very helpful for getting your experience of RPA. Try it yourself and see the difference. The free RPA Express is very helpful for starting RPA In SMEs. We are using it for the purpose of automating backend processes. Main benefit is that it is free to use. The automation/scheduling function allows us to download large amounts of data all while at home and sleeping. ### 10.
