It's the ideal solution to demonstrate the benefits of an RPA strategy within an organisation. Great also to understand and discover all the underlying challenges. Would recommend to move to Smart Process Automation (SPA) instead of the free version for an organisation wide deployment.

RPA Express is very good for automating Business Processes and small use cases for individual users. There is hardly and lead time required for training and understanding the tool. Its a go to tool for RPA. RPA Express's administration console works like charm and the various informative dashboards are of great help. One of the interesting feature of Workfusion SPA is the integration of Machine Leaning capabilities with RPA. By providing all in one solution, we don't have to pay extra for AI components or even a Data Scientist.

Also, unlike other competitors on the market, Workusion SPA proposes the "Human in the loop" activities.

We must keep in mind it is a free version of Workusion SPA, so you won't be able to automate complex business processes with RPA Express. As you develop, you will lose the readability of your code. There is no workflow, manual tasks or machine learning algorithm.

I personally liked the ease of use which is provided by RPA Express Edition. It helps people who come from non-coding background, to get started with RPA, at ease.

The OCR functionality as per my perspective, takes more time to read data from PDF sources or images than we had initially expected. We later observed, that OCR processing speeds up when we allot our machine with more memory.
