"Great Features but Needs Better Optimization for Standard PCs"
5/5
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

It is easy to understand with clean UI. I have been using it for my blogs. Its integration with mainstream SEO tools is very smooth, which helps performing multiple cod-based tasks with one click such as adding canonical urls, schema, and website redirects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Should be more optimized for the traditional PCs. It doesn' t work really well with unless you have the high end devices. I have had many instances where I tried writing or optimizing the blog within Wordpress only to find out that the wordpress is stuck and if you try to refresh all your optimazation or changes are gone.

Since wordpress is widely used by bloggers, more user-friendly and publishers supporting tools could have been there. Like, integration with analytical tools, reminders for blog optimizations, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress.com excels because it offers a user-friendly,"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

WordPress.com excels because it offers a user-friendly, hosted platform ideal for beginners and small businesses, handling technical aspects like hosting, security, and backups for you. It provides a wide range of free templates for easy customization, offers built-in tools for SEO, and allows you to grow your site from a simple blog to a full e-commerce store without needing advanced coding skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Dislikes for WordPress.com often center on its cost, particularly for essential features and customization, and the limited control and customization it offers compared to self-hosted WordPress, along with potential issues like performance degradation, the complexities of managing third-party plugins, and the need for frequent updates that can sometimes break the site. "I Built GeethasAuto.com with WordPress.com – A Seamless Experience for Small Business Owners"
5/5
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

As a small business owner, what I love most about WordPress.com is its flexibility and ease of use. It provides a clean, user-friendly interface, tons of themes, and integration support for builders like Elementor, which made website building a breeze — even without any coding skills. The platform is incredibly stable, secure, and SEO-ready out of the box, which is a big deal when you're trying to grow your brand online.

🌐 My Website Built with WordPress:

I used WordPress.com, Hostinger (for hosting), and Elementor to build my business website — 👉 https://www.geethasauto.com

Geethas Auto www.geethasauto.com is an electric scooter business, and I needed something fast, mobile-responsive, and clean. This setup helped me create a professional site with features like contact forms, product highlights, and mobile optimization — all within a few days.

✅ Summary:

WordPress.com is ideal for beginners and small business owners.

Elementor makes design visual and intuitive.

Hostinger provides fast and affordable hosting.

Together, they helped me launch GeethasAuto.com without needing a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

While WordPress.com is a powerful and flexible platform, there are a few limitations, especially for beginners or small business owners:

Limited design freedom on the free plan – You need to upgrade to access full customization options, install plugins like Elementor, and use custom themes.

Learning curve – Though it's user-friendly overall, understanding how themes, widgets, blocks, and plugins work together can be overwhelming at first.

Some important features are locked behind higher-tier plans, like advanced SEO tools, e-commerce integrations, and third-party plugin support.

Despite these points, once I paired WordPress with Hostinger and Elementor, I was able to build and launch GeethasAuto.com efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
