**What do you like best about Within Medical?**

It has been difficult for me to find something I like about Within Medical, but if I had to say something positive, it is that it has a large number of features that could be useful if they were better organized.

**What do you dislike about Within Medical?**

It is disorganized and difficult to use. There are too many options and features that are not clearly labeled or organized, making navigation a real headache. Additionally, the interface is not intuitive and visually unappealing, which further complicates the user experience.

**What problems is Within Medical solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is useful for appointment management and procedure scheduling, and for managing electronic medical records.
