"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service & Outstanding Email Signature Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

After years of using various email signature tools, WiseStamp remains in a class of its own — not just because of the product, but because of the exceptional team behind it.

Recently, WiseStamp went through a significant application update which introduced a new interface. As a CEO managing multiple companies with numerous email accounts across various domains, I was initially concerned about the transition. However, the WiseStamp support team guided me through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine respect.

In a world where customer support has become automated and impersonal, WiseStamp stood out by treating me as a valued customer. Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern addressed promptly.

The product itself is outstanding — professional email signatures that work seamlessly across all email clients and devices, beautifully designed and easy to manage for multiple accounts and brands.

If you are a business owner who values both quality and exceptional customer care, WiseStamp is the only choice. I recommend it without any hesitation.

Bravo WiseStamp team — you truly deserve every star! 🌟

"Easy-to-Use Signature Management with Strong Marketing Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

What I like most about WiseStamp is how simple it makes it to create a professional, visually appealing email signature. The platform is very user-friendly, with strong customization options that help keep branding consistent across teams. I especially like the campaign banners they offer for upcoming webinars and events we’re hosting, since it makes it easy to promote initiatives directly through email. I also appreciate the seamless, consistent look it creates across every employee at our company, which helps strengthen our overall brand presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

One thing I dislike about WiseStamp is that email signatures sometimes glitch or unexpectedly disappear from employees’ accounts. When that happens, I usually have to go in manually, turn the signature off, and then turn it back on to get it working again. It’s a bit time-consuming, especially when I’m managing signatures across multiple employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Branding and Email Management"
5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I really appreciate how easy WiseStamp makes it to create and maintain consistent branding across our organization. It simplifies signature management for our small marketing team by making updates easy and doesn't burden our IT team. This is especially helpful for the marketing team to implement campaigns, rolling out updates and troubleshooting any issues. It's also fantastic for when we acquire new businesses, as it helps us implement and transition branding smoothly. Overall, it's user-friendly, making it easy for staff to use and update. What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

The only area for improvement we've noticed is that banner images can occasionally display differently based on Apple or Android. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Signature Management and Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I like the admin console because it's very user-friendly and simple to navigate. It's easy to edit our firm-wide signature, especially when we want to promote different company highlights via banners. Onboarding new employees is also convenient, as their signature is ready on day one. The integration with our firm's Outlook account is a big plus, automatically uploading new users to WiseStamp once they are created in Microsoft, which eliminates the step of manually adding or removing employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

A Zoom integration would be nice so employees' zoom/phone information could be automatically imported. That's the only info I have to enter manually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Signature Management with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I really like the integration with Microsoft 365, especially how it can happen on the server side level. The new builder is actually pretty user-friendly and intuitive. Overall, the software is very intuitive, which helps us design the signature templates way easier than before, making life and time much easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I think we should have integration done per email, but also per user, because we currently have multiple users that share the same email address. So, I hope there is a software or a setting down the road that can allow us to have multiple signatures for the same email address, accommodated to each user's Outlook account. "Professional, custom signatures, but the platform could be more user-friendly"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

You can make your signatures look incredibly professional and design them however you want. It’s easy to match your branding, use different integrations, and set things up for a small business so everyone can have a signature. Customer support is also really on the ball. Even though it starts with a chat-bot, if you ask for someone to help, a real person is there right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

The platform isn't the most user-friendly for someone not familiar with the tools, and for someone who isn't on the website consistently. I think there should be more how-tos set up for those that might need a wee bit more help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarit Rosenthal of WiseStamp

Dear Amanda,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad to hear WiseStamp is helping you create professional, on-brand signatures and making it easy to roll this out across your business. It’s also great to know our support team has been there when you needed it.

Helping businesses maintain consistent, professional signatures across every email is exactly what we aim to deliver.

We also appreciate your feedback about usability and the need for more how-to resources. This is something we’re actively working on, expanding our guides and educational content to make the platform even more intuitive, especially for users who don’t use it every day. We take customer feedback like this very seriously.

Thanks again for sharing your experience!

"Effortlessly Standardizes Email Signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I love WiseStamp for standardizing our email signatures, making it easy to ensure everyone has the same template, design, and picture, which was a great solution for us. The banner tool is fantastic because it's customizable depending on the time of year and the services we want to market. I find the customer service great, as I'm always able to reach out to someone when we have an issue. I like that the signatures are easy to make and customize, including changing colors, typographies, and layouts. The integration with Office 365 is great, as it automatically synchronizes with each team member's picture and details. The initial setup was also very easy, thanks to the help from our account manager, who guided us on using WiseStamp and the integration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I'd like to have the ability to move the items from my signature a little more freely because sometimes I feel like the only settings that work are the templates. But, overall, that's just like a nice to have. It's not something that doesn't work at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Signatures, Slightly Complex with Upgrades"
4/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I really like WiseStamp's versatility and features. It's nice that we can make the signatures custom, which is a big plus for us. I also appreciate that it can automatically connect to Gmail and auto-load signatures, which makes things easier for our company. Another feature I enjoy is the HTML version that allows for banner rotation, and I can easily paste this into other software tools like HubSpot. Overall, the ability to customize and integrate with other tools makes WiseStamp valuable for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

It has felt a little bit like it has gotten a bit more complicated as upgrades have happened like sometimes it’s a little too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarit Rosenthal of WiseStamp

"Seamlessly Standardizes Signatures Across Our Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I really appreciate how WiseStamp enables standardization across our entire company, making it much easier for us. Setting up a signature for someone is straightforward, and there's no need to worry about what each person's signature looks like since it's all standardized. This makes managing signatures a lot easier. The integration with Microsoft, Azure, and other tools is super helpful. Whenever I update someone in Microsoft with their title or phone number, it seamlessly syncs over to WiseStamp daily or manually if needed. It's pretty simple to use, very useful, and it helps us out a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
