**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I like the Signature Editor. It is easy to use and helped me discover what I can do with my email signature in Google Workspace in 2024. It was easy to implement and the customer support was there for me when I needed it (at least as far as replying to my messages goes).

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

What I really wanted to achieve was to brute-force signatures to all my employees in Google Workspace to make it more consistent. Instead, I felt a bit underwhelmed when I learned that it was not possible. My employees could be pushing other signatures, effectively killing the purpose of using WiseStamp. I also didn't like the user profile - some options were missing and I needed to contact support or the CX bot.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a product that helps me keep my brand consistent by brute-forcing the same employee signature template to my entire workforce.

Managing multiple signatures from 1 place, being able to deploy automatically, when synced it worked very well.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Sales trying to incease my users. I have a bunch of dead account that pull in on microsoft sync, these look like unassigned users but they are not. I keep getting pestered to upgrade my plan and include everything.

everyones signatures look nice and clean. it synced with shared inboxes.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

The user interface and editor is very user friendly.  Able to connect and integrate external apps like scheduling and social media links. For me, I was looking for a certain layout but I had too many things.  This is where thier customer service comes into play - It was easy for me to have my issue resolved, literally within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Limited Fonts for the signatures and I wish there were more design options and drag and drop features for ease of placement.

I love that you can have all the links you need and information displayed easily.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I have used WiseStamp in my Gmail and Outlook clients for years, and its a pleasure to recommend this tool without reservation. I can quickly apply one of ten signatures that I've created with the client and easily maintain common items in one place like disclaimer notices, social media links, logos, and photos. The templates for signature layout are tremendous, too, making WiseStamp one of the fastest email enhancers to implement with so much value.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

I have no negative comments about WiseStamp, itself. However, I used a wonderful tool called WiseIntro from the same company that was suddenly "unsupported." My fear is that a company that has dropped one product without explanation might do so with another.

Quickly managing signatures for multiple emails in Gmail and Outlook.

My signature is attractive and easy to get information from.
It is easy to set up, make modifications, and integrate with my email platforms.

Very quickly, I received a response with just the information I needed to make the change I was struggling with. Thank you!

I would like to make my Social icons just the icon, without the description. It's not clear how to set that up.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

Having a uniformed signature that can be easily added and deleted to employees has been a gamechanger for us. All of it handled right from the server side made it easy for our company to stay on brand.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Not much from a downside for WiseStamp. Sometimes signatures on mobile devices can be a pain but nothing major.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp solved our issue of employees creating their own signature and being off brand. Also the updating whew new logo was released or anything like that. WiseStamp allows new employee to immediately have a signature all controlled from us at corporate. Every signature looks the same and is on brand standards.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

The best thing I liked about WiseStamp is that it lets us create email signatures very easily. This signature then can be managed across organizations. I must say, the interface is super easy, intuitive, easy to implement, and easy to manage. 

Also, the level of customization is unmatched. CTA buttons, disclaimers, and schedulers are gifts that just keep giving. Also, the templates are fun to explore and quick to create. 

All in all, loved the interface.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

As of now, I must say, I can’t find a fault in this platform.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I loved the 1-Click setup be it for Google or Outlook. It gives us a lot of freedom in managing the design layout for the signature designer. And it helped me reinforce my brand value among my email recipients. Given the pricing of the product, I will say it is totally worth it.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I like that WiseStamp can easily allow for the creation of professional, organized, and attractive email signatures accorss an organization with less time and effort than manual options. It's great that it also works across multiple email clients. This is a tool we use for all staff. The uniformity helps provide a cohesive exprience when interacting with customers and vendors.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Recently, our Google Workspace sync broke, possibly due to a change with our Google Admin account. It was not known until I needed to add a signature for a new hire. I'm not sure if that was a fluke or a bug. Fortunately, WiseStamp's customer service was able to help resolve the issue in a short amount of time.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing visually appealing email signatures for staff and a cohesive experience when interacting with clients and vendors over email.

Super easy to use, I like how you only need to refresh the Gmail, which makes it super easy to implement with the team. Customer support has been super helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Only thing I can think of is the option of custom templates is not easily available. I think it would've been nice to have that option to select a custom template request in the dashboard rather than having to reach out to support to inquire.

The integration to your corporate email platform and actively pull from your user directory is fantastic. Since implementing WiseStamp, we've enforced 100% email signature branding compliance across our organization and reduced our time spent managing email signatures locally. Well worth the cost of the system in time saved and unified branding.

So far we have no negative things to say about WiseStamp!

Prior to WiseStamp, our company had to manage each user's email signatures locally on all their devices, which created redundant effort and wasted time. Users were also previously able to change their signatures on their own, leading to issues with non-standard branding on email signatures. Since implementing WiseStamp, we've saved time and enforced compliance.

Easy to set up and configure, lots of customization, easy to add and remove users and edit existing signatures

Some issues with signatures populating, sometimes a few users are affected other times its system wide. This doesn't happen frequently but is inconvenient when it does happen.

WiseStamp offers a very user friendly experience witha  robust set of tools that make creating signatures remarkably easy.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Haven't found anything yet. So far everything I have touched in cosole has been easy to use and if I do have a question my acct team is on top of it very quickly with resources and solutions.

Uniformity in signature and creating a secure signature that does not trigger any spam/phishing modules in recipients email security tools.

The new update to their platform was a huge step forward. Having access to multiple domains and the new way to manage groups and signatures makes it so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Most of the dislikes were taken care of by the new system. I think having more development / customization options would make it even better.

Allowing us to have clickable links within Outlook and help build out the brand. Having these custom signatures adds to the overall brand and the fact that analytics are included is even better.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

We have worked with WiseStamp for the past year to standardize our company signatures in Gmail.  Gmail is extremely limiting in terms of signature customization so it was nice to find a product that allows us to add more features to the signature and control it on the back end so every email delivered has the same signature.  The ability to add a headshot, social media links, and external website links was great and something we were not able to get in Gmail.  The customer service team was great to work with and helped to get all of our questions answered and was super responsive.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

I wish that there was an easier way (than server side solution) to integrate it with Apple Mail and Android.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gmail is extremely limiting in terms of signature customization so it was nice to find a product that allows us to add more features to the signature and control it on the back end so every email delivered has the same signature.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I have implemented WiseStamp at two companies. The first used Google and the other uses Outlook. I've found WiseStamp to be the best looking. I love that the team can update their own content, allowing them some level of control. Building, applying, and activating signatures are super easy.  

We are a growing company and we've already added seats twice. I've also recieved great feedback from new employees, specifically around how professional the signatures look.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

There are a few items I have communicated to the WiseStamp team I'd like to see added. However most are pretty nit picky. 


1. The ability to remove email signatures from Outlook meeting invites. 
2. We use campaigns for banners. When campaigns are used, the banner is added to all email signatures, even signatures specifically built to have no banners. 
3. I'd love to be able to completely customize the welcome email (folks get confused about the HTML option).
4. I'd love a reporting dashboard. I'm doing this manually right now. 
5. More documentation or and onboarding video I could share with the team.

It's extremely convenient to be able to link to our Outlook Dirctory, so all contacts automatic connnect. The signature designs look very nice and are easy to customize.

The only thing is I wish there were more layout options or ability to edit the signature designs.

With over 200 is impossible to individually manage email signatures.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

WiseStamp is easy to use for the marketer and allows the marketer to manage multiple signatures for various brands and roles in the company. PLUS their support team is helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

The rollout to my team wasn't 100% seamless due to multiple device brands and operating systems and different steps to set up on each, but we got it figured out and had help from the support team when needed.

Allows our company to have more professional branding in email communication with clients and prospects as well as allows us to use email signatures to promote new content, products, or services and roll it out to the whole company with a few clicks.

The nifty, moving, flashy, gif-enabled, fully-customisable email sigs. Clients + professional partners still ask me about it!

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Sometimes (2-3 times a year) it drops out from my widget.
My emails end up not having a sig.
Or (I have 2 profiles), my first business email drops out, and only is able to use the second business email.

The customization options are fantastic, allowing me to create a signature that truly reflects my brand. **What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

WiseStamp is great because it gives a number of people on our team access to a platform to enable and disable signautures as people are onboarded or offboarded. It is a clean and sophisticated system, that we are consistenly updating as we have new campaigns. When we've had need for troubleshooting issues as well, they are quick to respond and address, whihc we greatly appreciate. Not all platforms offer such good customer service.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Because of all the email platforms people use within our organization (mobile, Mac, PC) it can be a tad challenging sometimes to figure out best approach to make everything look streamlined - not insurmountable, but just a challenge. Also our logo has a thin border which does not always appear in full before sending. Again, not a huge issue (since the final product is consistent in the end), just more of a mild annoyance.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just a much better email signature system that looks consistent throughout our organization. Our Microsoft Outlook system does not offer such professional looking signatures.

How simple it was to intergrate with our emails and how the end users don't need to go through lots of configuration. Having a central managment point to manage everyone's signature saves so much time.

Wisestamp was very easy to implement, navigate, and rollout to our users.

You have to watch your user count carefully as you grow and ensure that all the emails in your Google instance actually warrant a license.

Creating brand consitancy across all employees of the company. Creating an easy, cohesive way to onboard new employees and to have a brand awareness top of mind for everyone we communicate with.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

Wise stamp is a nice tool if you are looking for email signatures. They started a section of it called wise stamp one and it is a big improvement over their legacy platform.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

They never informed us about the new system, so we were charged for the new system named Wise Stamp One. The old version had very few features and was quite basic.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wisestamp solved a few problems for me. First, it made it much easier for me to create professional-looking email signatures. Before using Wisestamp, my signatures were basic and plain, and they didn't really convey the image I wanted to project. Now, with Wisestamp, I can create a signature that includes my logo, social media links, and other important information. 

Another problem that Wisestamp solved for me was the issue of sending emails with attachments. Before, I would often forget to include important attachments, or I would send the wrong version of a document. With Wisestamp, I can easily add attachments and verify that I am sending the correct version of a document. 

Lastly, Wisestamp helped me to save time. With the ability to create templates for my emails, I can quickly respond to messages without having to retype the same information over and over again. This has been a huge time-saver for me, and it has allowed me to focus on other important tasks.

Allows us to roll out signatures that appear the same across our org. The initial integration setup with Microsoft was simple.

The customer service is lacking, and our implementation specialist didn't really have any idea what they were doing. We struggle with inconsistencies with how the signature appears, especially in reply emails.

Nothing, it was such a horrible product experience. Once you come in, you have to use them forever or all your emails look horrible

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

It's a good product but with a very sleazy sales policy. We were happy customers for 2 years and decided not to renew due to some limitations, now all our old emails look horrible without our logos in there. It's insane that this is a policy, once you come in, you can never choose not to use the product. We paid them $2k for those 2 years and now all our emails don't have the logo in there because that's their sleazy tactic.

It helped solved a problem but created a new problem, all our sales emails sent before May now make us look inept as a firm to not have logos in our emails

Very easy to add custom branding and contact details to your email system, however, the ability to add a video to your email signature allows you to sell your business. Perhaps an introduction to your team? Latest offers? 

I had an issue setting it up (user error not the system) and customer service support was fantastic.

Takes about 30 minutes to set-up on Apple Mail

When initially onboarding we had some issues without website link not working, Wisestamp service team worked with us to fix the issues swiftly. Was very helpful. Ivan D on service team was great.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Using the server side connection means the signature doesn't show sometimes when you're composing a message. It leads to distrust among users within the company.

Advertisement -- using email banners for additional exposure to some of our highest "valued" customers... the ones already speaking with employees.
