The most redeeming feature of the app is the End-to-End encryption as well as being open-source. We use Wire as the main communications channel in our enterprise and it gets the job done. It is supported on all mainstream operating systems, including Linux, MacOS, Windows; as well as Android and iOS apps. Therefore, most users will be able to use the application without major issues.
