Asana service will make your life easier. With the help of Asana, you don't have to search for all your notes, emails and records to manage your projects. There is no need to go back and forth with emails and chat, because in Asana you can do all the communication to keep everything in one place, so you won't forget the details that can happen when you communicate across multiple platforms. **What do you dislike about Wire?** If I summarize the shortcomings; It is better to have a kind of task indication with sub-tasks under the main tasks when determining the project, without having to click. It is indispensable because the time tracking feature needs to be done. The Android app has not been very focused on and needs improvement. **Recommendations to others considering Wire:** It is a really successful platform to follow the progress of the projects we are realizing. Everyone on the team is informed via email, helping everyone know what's going on, and always keeping team members informed of the progress of their project. In addition, there are many integrations that help monitor work and make things efficient. **What problems is Wire solving and how is that benefiting you?** All important things are safe in-house. It makes the business process faster, functional and turns everything into a trouble-free system. Also, the boards are very handy. Having one application with the essential tools for communication in distributed work teams: chat, call, video and screen sharing. The easy guest access (e.g., for meetings with customers and contractors) by sharing a link by email. **What do you dislike about Wire?** Missing "last seen" (or presence) indication, making it difficult to know if team members are available for an unscheduled call. Everyone is very busy and it is helpful that Wire has an encrypted app that you can also have on your phone to reach your work colleagues. You have the ability to turn on and off notifications. It is a better alternative to slack. **What do you dislike about Wire?** I have no complaints about Wire. It is very reliable and easy to use. We have never had any issues with the service being down or not working. I would like more options of using emojis and gifs on Wire, but that comes with time. **Recommendations to others considering Wire:** I think that if you want to get your entire work place on one chat system Wire is your best option. **What problems is Wire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to work on an encrypted software and we do not have to worry about our conversations being somewhere they shouldn't. Pricing is great if you're willing to compromise the confusing UI/UX, and you can try it free for 30 days (no credit card required).. It's good that you can back up conversations. You can create additional services like chatbox but that requires coding skills. **What do you dislike about Wire?** The desktop app for macOS, however, is more confusing than necessary. I would prefer a platform that is much more user-friendly and intuitive (for example, I am still unclear on why there should be both groups and guest rooms). Privacy settings are limited. **What problems is Wire solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for an alternative of Zoom for scheduling online meetings and having conference calls.
