"Wildix: Intuitive, Reliable UCaaS with Fast Go-Live and High Adoption"
5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

We have been a Wildix partner for 7 years. We chose Wildix because it combines operational simplicity and reliability.

The companies we support activate Collaboration 7 and X-bees very quickly, with almost immediate user adoption.

The applications are so intuitive that sometimes they don't even need explaining!

What works best:

- Ease of use: intuitive interface, zero burdensome training

- Fast go-live: streamlined provisioning, seamless portability

- Audio/video quality and mobility: stable even when working remotely

- Practical integrations: CRM and email without lengthy projects

- Channel support: clear documentation and predictable processes

Impact on customer business:

- Reduced response times and call losses

- Onboarding in days, not weeks

- Fewer hidden costs and controlled TCO

Why we recommend it:

For SMBs and mid-market companies looking for a UCaaS solution that's quick to implement, usable by everyone, and results-oriented.

With the adoption of smart working, the Wildix system becomes flexible and indispensable for use in any workstation, wherever it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wildix: Seamless WebRTC Unified Communications with Powerful Sales Intelligence"
5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

Wildix stands out as a premier unified communications option because it prioritizes a seamless, browser-based experience through WebRTC, eliminating the hassle of installing desktop software or dealing with clunky plugins. That same accessibility carries over to the customer experience with Wildix Kite, which turns a standard company website into a high-conversion sales tool by letting visitors start instant video calls or screen-sharing sessions with a single click.

Rather than functioning like a generic phone system, the platform positions itself as a dedicated sales intelligence hub, especially through its x-bees interface, which helps bridge day-to-day communication with CRM data. With the integration of Wilma AI, it goes beyond basic calling by delivering automated meeting summaries, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing, all of which can significantly reduce administrative overhead.

On the security side, Wildix follows a “secure by design” philosophy, ensuring remote communications are encrypted and aligned with global standards like GDPR, without forcing complex VPN setups. Overall, I’d describe Wildix as a revenue-generating tool that helps modern, mobile workforces stay productive and responsive through a single, secure web interface. What do you dislike about Wildix?

Nothing at the moment. I like the whole ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple, reliable, and innovative UCaaS platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

The platform is intuitive, users quickly learn to use it, and this greatly reduces training time and support requests.

On the technical side, we greatly appreciate the stability and management: automatic updates, fast deployment, and fewer infrastructure issues compared to other solutions.

The integration between telephony, chat, and collaboration tools also works well and makes daily work smoother, especially for companies working in a hybrid mode.

One thing we have noticed over time is that customers immediately perceive the difference in terms of simplicity and user experience. This also helps with adoption and ROI.

The evolution of AI and automation features is also positive, as they are becoming increasingly useful in managing communications and customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

Overall, the experience is positive, but there are some aspects that could be improved. Some advanced configurations and customizations are not always straightforward, especially for the less technical users.

From a UI perspective, some sections could be made more modern and uniform to further enhance the user experience.

That said, these are aspects that we have seen consistently improve over the years thanks to the platform's continuous updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete Ecosystem with AI, Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

I highly value the Wildix platform for its fully integrated ecosystem, which includes hardware, software, and communications, all functioning without complex installations thanks to its 100% web-based platform. I enjoy its ease of use and rapid deployment. Additionally, Wildix's agentic artificial intelligence capabilities are impressive, as they allow us to significantly reduce missed calls and improve the customer experience by automating processes that previously required external applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

Like any powerful platform, Wildix has a complex learning curve in advanced configurations. It is not something that hinders the startup, but it does require advanced technical knowledge to make the most of it. As for the price, it is competitive for what it offers, but for micro-enterprises, it is an economic effort. And finally, although the integrations cover the most common cases well, in some specific projects we have missed native connectors with specific software in the client's sector. "The Wildix All-in-One Interface Optimizes Our Communications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

I really like the Wildix interface, which is all-in-one. I love that its integration is very easy in the office environment, as it doesn't require app installation and everything is in a web environment. This really makes my life easier since I can manage my entire repertoire of customer relationships from a single interface. Additionally, I can review conversations afterwards to draw conclusions, which helps me organize my day-to-day and ensure that no tasks are left unexecuted or poorly planned. "An essential solution for collaboration and communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

I love the way Wildix enhances collaboration with internal teams and clients. I particularly appreciate the integration with my messaging tools, file sharing, and instant messaging communications. This really makes access easier for clients. The easy access to the platform makes it all even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

In the new update in Collab 7, you can no longer authenticate with a password code, and it's a shame. And the ability to join and leave a response group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and Powerful, But Company Policies Need Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

The wildix flexibility and dynamics within the system are its greatest strength. It far outweighs many other UCaaS solutions because it's so flexible and dependable. We can make a call do pretty much anything imaginable. The features come with a knowledge barrier, so it's important to do the training and study materials, but the service has been a game-changer for our business. Members of the technical team and sales engineers are phenomenal to work with and actively look for solutions with you that are outside the box. We appreciate the level of detail that goes into building the applications and making improvements for security and usability. The services offer a wide range of options for integration with other platforms, excluding a few APIs that are likely hidden/secret. Features such as Stir/Shaken, SMS texting, caller name manipulation, and more make this a complex solution for competitors to match when comparing core functionalities. Most systems do not provide partners with the solutions at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

The downsides of Wildix can generally be summed up as them being perceived as an anti-channel, channel-first company. The company will often implement new rules, pricing, procedures, or policies that negatively affect everyone but Wildix without consulting partners and take a "it's our way or the highway" philosophy. Similarly, some directions appear to be heavily influenced by the paid membership in the skewed Gartner Magic Quadrant, leading companies like RingCentral to be falsely positioned as leaders of innovation, which Wildix attempts to match. The hardware from Wildix is okay, but not spectacular, and can be found under different brands at many different companies. Aligning with Fanvil phones with a Wildix logo at a premium price is a problematic approach for the company. Lastly, support can be excellent or bad, and it's a struggle for consistency across departments. Some areas have outstanding employees who put everything they have into their work, whereas other departments seem to be overworked or lack enthusiasm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-one communication that just works."
4/5
What do you like best about Wildix?

What I like best about Wildix is the fully web-based architecture and how it simplifies deployment and maintenance. The integration of VoIP, collaboration tools, and security features into one platform is very efficient from a technical perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildix?

There’s not much I dislike about Wildix. If anything, I’d say that getting familiar with all features can take some time, but that’s also because the platform is quite comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wildix?

I find Wildix's flexibility in its solutions and commercial models to be standout features. The team at Wildix is always available and responsive, which I really appreciate. I also value the DECT offering, especially the ATEX rated handsets, which are beneficial for our mobile communications specialty. We found the initial setup to be great to work on.
