"Excellent UX and a Well-Built Tracking Framework with significant unexplored potential."
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The tracking framework and overall structure are really well built. The UX is excellent, and everything is easy to understand and view at a glance. Overall, the integration experience is very good, but there are a few recurring issues that can be quite challenging.

One example is form tracking. Tracking forms inside iframes can be difficult, and the automatic form detection that scans a website after you paste the URL often fails to detect forms correctly.

Another issue I'm facing involves a client where both Shopify and Jobber are integrated. I'm seeing a lot of duplicate leads that shouldn't be marked as duplicates. For example, a user may first come through a Google Ads campaign and later schedule an appointment. Since that person's information already exists in the system, the appointment is flagged as a duplicate lead. The same can happen when someone who previously became a lead later makes a purchase through Shopify. This affects the accuracy of our data and, more importantly, could impact the optimization feedback being sent back to the ad platforms.

I also run into limitations with custom fields. At the moment, I can only create text fields for values such as sales revenue. Even if the field contains only numbers, it is still treated as text rather than a numeric value. This creates significant reporting challenges, especially in Looker Studio, where I need to aggregate and segment revenue from different sources, such as appointments and Shopify purchases. Because those values aren't recognized as numeric, reporting becomes much more complicated than it should be. Overall, the integration experience is very good, but there are a few recurring issues that can be quite challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

1 - It’s difficult to reach live support. Most of the time, I just see an “offline chat” status.

2 - Once a ticket is opened, the support is usually great, but it really depends on the person. Some would rather send a tutorial than actually help with the issue.

3 - I feel like they purposely undermine the tool’s capabilities so you’ll subscribe to the lead intelligence plan, which is overwhelmingly expensive.

4 - You can’t choose specific tracking numbers based on the client’s region.

5 - There are absolutely no AI tools inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete Tracking Stack with Rock-Solid Integrations and Fast, Reliable Support"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

asimhanjra@gmail.com

It’s a complete tracking solution: tracking, attribution, APIs, and—most importantly—integrations with GA4, Google Ads, and Facebook, which make our system a solid tracking stack. When it comes to revenue tracking, the reports and data are exactly what we need for pricing decisions, revenue visibility, and ROI.

I really love WhatConverts support. It’s one of the few support teams that consistently gives me a solution or fix quickly, and they’re reliable enough that I even remember their names.

The management interface is also helpful, because I can create views and reports tailored to what different people want to see. On top of that, the WhatConverts backend is always up and performs up to the mark. Overall, it’s a complete tracking-stack partner for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WhatConverts has been great! It allows us to track conversions across multiple platforms!"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The multiple solutions track not only across multiple channels, like organic, GBP, or paid ads, but also with great attribution models that I would stack up against any others. That and it allows us to provide multiple solutions, including tracking calls, forms, chats, transactions, and more. Their support team is always available to help, even on calls when needed. They provide answers, solutions, recommendations, and options. They are overall a great partner to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

We have liked everything offered thus far. If anything, at times the challenge falls more on the client's end, and getting them to enter lead values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Helberg of WhatConverts

Thank you Yasser! Regarding the sales or quote values, Lead Intelligence allows for these values to be populated automatically (based on 70+ data-points, like keywords in the call transcription, landing page URL, search keywords, campaign name etc.). Or, for calls, you can include it in the Call Flow, which would allow the call recipient to enter the quote value and or sales value via their phone's keypad after the call.

For more information, please feel free to reach out to support.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

We’ve experienced recurring issues with form tracking across several of our Wix websites, as the integration does not always appear to be fully compatible or consistently reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Lead Tracking with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

I really love the simple lead tracking, simple purchasing of numbers, and simple dashboards provided by WhatConverts. It's especially helpful because many of our clients, like those in construction, aren't very tech-savvy, and they find WhatConverts easy to read. I also appreciate the feature that lets me listen to the phone calls, and the AI that transcribes calls into short summaries is something I really loved. The support in WhatConverts is amazing, making the initial setup very easy. The integration with Zapier to connect WhatConverts with clients' CRM systems is invaluable, as it allows automatic lead qualification without privacy invasion. This integration gives me a real look at how our marketing campaigns are doing, which is crucial for our marketing agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

I didn't like how they changed the dashboard to overview the leads - quotable non-quotable. Now I have to manually sort the dashboard. Before the update, I could just click on the overview and set the dates, but now I have to sort the leads by quotable, then sort by high to low, and then set the dates. I had a Demo call with Trey Flint and he was incredibly helpful, friendly and gave excellent advice on how our company can get the most out of WhatConverts. He was also more than happy to answer any questions i have had. This is the kind of customer service that is so refreshing to see and really warms you to the platform itself, which is a great way to capture the source of our leads and gives valuable marketing insight and direction on where to push our budget. "Clear Campaign-to-Keyword Traffic Insights That Simplify Client Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

It gives a whole picture of where the traffic is driving from which campaign, which adgroup and which keyword alongside URL, becomes easier for me to also generate monthly reports to present to my clients. It gives us a number of options to select the desired area code and generate a phone number that aligns with our client's businesses.

Setting up White Label on WhatConverts was a piece of cake!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

Umm, sometimes it adds filters and disrupts the tracking of Paid Traffic and names it as Direct Traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Thompson of WhatConverts

Thanks for the review Rida! Great to hear setting up your white labelling was a seamless experience. And so glad you're able to get valuable marketing insights from the platform. It sounds like the filtering and misattribution on your account is an error in the system. We'd love to troubleshoot that for you and get things fixed up.

Can you please get in touch with our team here: https://www.whatconverts.com/contact. Our team is always standing by to help!

"Easy-to-Use Interface with Exceptional Tech Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The interface is very easy to use and their tech support team is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff I've met in their industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

I would say that the reporting features are still a bit lacking. More could be done in providing more customizations in building reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Thompson of WhatConverts

We're thrilled to hear that you find our interface easy to use and that you've had a positive experience with our tech support team. We appreciate your feedback on the reporting features and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

"Easy Setup, Intuitive Navigation, Captures Everything We Need"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

Everything! I love how easy it is to set up, and the navigation is simple and intuitive. I’m also really impressed that you’re able to capture everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

Sometimes the documentation on how to set things up are very vague, which can make it harder to understand the configuration. For example the chat tracking code and what all needs to be exactly done in GTM in order for it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Thompson of WhatConverts

Thank you for the kind words Melisa! Our goal has always been to 1) help marketers prove the value of their work and 2) make it as easy as possible so you can focus on strategy. We'd love to hear more about your experience with the Help Center documentation. "WhatConverts Helps Optimize Google Ads for High-Revenue Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatConverts?

WhatConverts helps us improve our Google Ads because we can connect the two platforms. That way, instead of optimizing for just any kind of lead, we’re actually optimizing toward high-revenue, revenue-generating leads, which is our main goal.

Customer support has been great. Every time we have a question, there’s always someone available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

There isn’t anything specific that I would flag right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Thompson of WhatConverts

Thanks for the kind words Luis! Sounds like you're using the platform exactly how it's meant to be used. Sending lead value conversion data back to Google is the biggest differentiator we see in high-growth agencies (and happy clients). And glad our awesome Support Team has been there to help you every step of the way.
