What do you like best about Western Computer?

Alan & Conner. Not much more to say than that. In my opinion, having a great team to work with & feeling comfortable with them is the most important. When I had questions that I thought were "silly", they made me feel comfortable asking those questions. While I wasn't super excited to switch to BC, they made the process as easy as possible. I appreciated the recommendations they gave & time they took to really get down to the nitty gritty. They also didn't hesitate to help on things we may have already covered. Super nice team, so glad we had them, can we keep them, just for us?

Karen was great. I chatted with her less, but so nice & cheery. Great attitude & great job moving all of us along throughout the process.

What do you dislike about Western Computer?

I disliked the sandbox that was created for us. I wish the sandbox could of had our true products & true clients populated within it, even just a handful. I feel like I would have grasped the idea quicker with that in there initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Western Computer?

I find Western Computer's strong expertise in Business Central and their client-focused approach to be key strengths. Their responsiveness and reliable support, combined with a structured project delivery, help ensure successful outcomes. I appreciate how Conner and Alan really know their stuff and make learning fun. They made the transition to Business Central as smooth as it could be. The word associations they used made it easy to remember, and their knowledge of the program made explaining the difference between QBO and Business Central easy. The process with Business Central has also streamlined handling customer payments and payments to vendors, creating remarkable efficiencies within the organization. What do you like best about Western Computer?

Wester Computer was great. The process of switching to Business Central from QuickBooks was long, and a lot of work added on top of our day to day work. No specific issues with Western Computer. What do you like best about Western Computer?

Our implementation team at Western was truly top-notch, with a ton of experience in BC as well as accounting. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and very patient with our questions—even when we asked the same questions more than once. They provide thorough documentation, including training videos and materials, and have a knowledgeable team that help do the heavy lifting of implementation. We are currently in the midst of our transition, and they have been both accessible and forward-thinking, offering clear timelines and setting expectations. What do you like best about Western Computer?

I love how Kersten handles all aspects of IT support with ease, from setting up new users with all the necessary needs to addressing technical support issues for hardware. The processes run smoother with the necessary changes. The expertise and knowledge of the team are impressive, and they're so easy to talk to. They understand exactly what I'm talking about and never talk above my knowledge, which is something I absolutely appreciate.
