Terrible Customer Service & Frustrating Software—Avoid Yearly Subscriptions: I highly regret purchasing a yearly subscription to WellSaid Labs. I barely used the service for a single month before deciding to cancel because it did not meet my needs. Despite canceling almost immediately and providing clear proof that I did not use the software after that first month, they completely refused to offer even a partial refund. Their customer service team is completely unhelpful and rigid.As for the software itself, it is incredibly cumbersome to use. I constantly had to rewrite my narratives and script texts multiple times just to get a decent audio output. Adjusting the pronunciation and pacing to sound natural took far too much effort and time.I have since found other AI voice software options that are much better, easier to use, and offer far more flexible customer service. I think something that WellSaid Studio can improve is the UI of the current workspace. I'd appreciate it being a bit friendlier - like having hover labels appear when hovering the cursor over an icon - and a bit more organized visually. The current flow of having to scroll down to add a new section after numerous sections and clicking to have a new window pop-up to compare takes is a bit much, a bit cluttered.
