What do you like best about Lunar?

The LUNAR system provides flexibility in search methodologies through the use of a query language. This enables us to meet customer requirements and leverage the knowledge we have accumulated, together with the capabilities offered by the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunar?

At the beginning of our work with the system, there was a limitation in the ability to present data to customers in an abstract and visualized manner, such as through dashboards. As a result, we had to manually export the data and create charts to demonstrate the platform’s value to the customer, even in cases where no significant findings were identified. It is important to note that this has since improved—new dashboards have been introduced, enabling more efficient data visualization and providing the ability to analyze trends more effectively. What problems is Lunar solving and how is that benefiting you?

The LUNAR system enables us to effectively support and deliver our CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) services to customers. As part of this service, we are committed to identifying suspicious or relevant discussions across various platforms related to the organization’s assets and users.
