The LUNAR system provides flexibility in search methodologies through the use of a query language. What do you dislike about Lunar? At the beginning of our work with the system, there was a limitation in the ability to present data to customers in an abstract and visualized manner, such as through dashboards. As a result, we had to manually export the data and create charts to demonstrate the platform’s value to the customer, even in cases where no significant findings were identified. It is important to note that this has since improved—new dashboards have been introduced, enabling more efficient data visualization and providing the ability to analyze trends more effectively.
