The robustness of the tool allows for a variety of tests and methodologies that I haven't seen in other tools, and the reporting allows you to slice and dice the data to a very detailed degree. In terms of software, it is a very complete tool for anyone who has A/B testing as a priority. But the most impressive thing is their customer service: If something is not working on your end, they will walk with you step-by-step to solve it and if you require a more technical answer, they will craft a very detailed response that is not template-based.
