Most companies that identify web technologies are trying to sell lists based on the software being used. And of course they limit how large your list can be. Those are great services for people looking for small lists or are only interested in a single software. WebTechDB is the complete opposite of that. Their database contains a list of every domain along with the software being used by each. It's just one simple CSV file with everything in it.
