Operating since 2018, the platform serves 100+ reseller partners across 16 countries, including the US and Australian government organizations, from 6 AWS data centers globally. WebinOne replaces the typical agency tech stack - CMS, Ecommerce (zero transaction fees), CRM, email marketing, forms, member areas, workflow automation, fully managed AI and hosting — with a single integrated platform. No plugins, no third-party dependencies. Full developer access via Liquid templating and 300+ APIs (complete headless CMS capabilities). AgentOne, the platform's managed AI system, operates directly on the live infrastructure with a three-layer architecture: system agents trained on the full platform, partner agents carrying agency-specific patterns, and per-site agents for client operations - all with draft mode, automatic backups, and agency-configured boundaries. WebinOne solves the agency scaling problem. Instead of managing separate tools for every client site, agencies run everything from one white-label portal under their own brand - sites, billing, support, and AI-powered development. Powerful low-code hosting with strong API, integrated AI, and lightning-fast support **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tilman L. | Gründer und Web-Entwickler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026 **What do you like best about WebinOne?** Thanks to hosting on Amazon Web Services, optional dedicated servers, and multithread rendering, WebinOne offers my clients performance reserves for complex applications such as e-commerce, e-learning, and specialized CRM solutions. The various packages and granular upgrade options allow us as an agency to serve clients of all kinds – from local players to international companies. The extraordinarily extensive API enables seamless connection of the platform with external services. An interface to the automation service Zapier is also available. WebinOne stands out from other services by allowing access to data, secured user areas, and user-generated content to be implemented quickly and agilely with the low-code environment (Liquid). Prototypes that would otherwise take weeks to implement can be demonstrated in days. The fact that the frontend code can be managed 1:1 in the platform's UI makes debugging easier, especially with complicated design details. The user interface could use an update, but significant progress has already been made in recent months. Whitelabeling also helps with customer retention. The built-in AI (AgentOne) supports the integration of HTML templates into the Liquid environment and is constantly making progress. Through sFTP access to assets and layouts, other coding environments like VSCode can also be used with the corresponding AI tools. Another reason we work with this platform is the WebinOne team. The developers and support respond quickly to bugs and update requests. Such close collaboration between software developers and customers is rare. **What do you dislike about WebinOne?** WebinOne is a migration solution for the SaaS platform "Business Catalyst" discontinued by Adobe. Many features are based on the need to integrate features and data structures from Adobe Business Catalyst. As a former Business Catalyst user, I was grateful for this. Today, I could do without it, especially with the UI, which still reminds me of BC, albeit with more customization options. However, the team has announced changes for this year. Additionally, I would personally prefer a simpler pricing structure, even though the granular prices for features and extensions seem more flexible at first glance. **What problems is WebinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** With WebinOne, I can implement complex web applications for my clients very agilely in a short time. Websites can be set up within minutes - both backend and frontend. In practice, this means that I can demonstrate functions to companies in a short time that would have taken weeks as custom development and would not have been implementable so quickly with other low-coding platforms. As a result, we have often succeeded in pleasantly surprising clients and thus gaining accounts, even from larger companies. For my clients, this means that development costs, which would otherwise be in the mid-five-figure range for similar solutions, can be halved to quartered. ### 2. It is highly versatile and dynamic. It takes our skill set to a whole new level and we are able to build much more advanced solutions for our clients. This is the only CMS we use since it solves all of our needs and challenges. It is extremely easy to use and the UI is nice and easy to understand. WebinOne is extremely open in terms of integrations, so that has really been helpful over the years when we have had the need for making specific integrations for clients. The performance and speed of both front- and backend is great and it makes working with WebinOne an absolute pleasure. The pricing is really fair and leaves lots of room for a markup when we resell it to clients. It is easy to calculate the costs of different-sized websites and the great thing is that you only pay for features that you need. We have worked together with the team from WebinOne since the beginning, and the support and their response time are second to none. There is always support on hand if we need them, and their development team has helped us tremendously through the years. It has been an absolute pleasure working with these guys. In terms of AI, WebinOne is at the forefront. They have been developing AI tools for quite a long time now and they are saving us a massive amount of time. Very early in the "AI-Game," WebinOne understood that they needed to get on board, and they have really delivered. ### 3. Other platforms are using third party widgets that create security issues, WebInOne allows me to develop a module that can hold the content I want it to, style it to look exactly how I want it to and not face the issues other platforms have. The community is highly active, with a large number of agencies helping each other and proving code snippets to improve their developments. The documentation is extensive and up to date with system releases/updates. WebInOne's support is quick to respond, and always willing to help with issues that may arise. There is also a development team able to assist with any stage of your development at very reasonable prices. **What do you dislike about WebinOne?** I'm always amazed that more agencies are not using WebInOne. A bigger community is the only way this platform could improve. **What problems is WebinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebInOne is easy for me to use, and easy for my clients to use. ### 4. And now with powerful AI tools being built right into the platform, the performance gains for all areas of development are insane. **What do you dislike about WebinOne?** Not enough web designers and front-end devs know about the platform, or know all its features.
