We would like to interact with a customer service representative. And the questions we may need may only take 2-3 minutes versus writing a bunch of emails back and forth. Matt and staff are amazing. It takes time to learn and memorize REGEX. They produced perfect code by going into my user/pass account and quickly came up with schema/algorythm, even created a Youtube video with creation of algorithm.
