"Nothing compares to Webflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

I’ve been building in Webflow for over 4 years now, and honestly, no other builder even comes close. The balance between ease of use and creative freedom is incredible. Once you learn it, it feels natural and fast to work with every day. The feature set keeps expanding in the best way possible, with regular updates that actually improve workflows. The support team and community are always responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

At first, it can seem a bit complicated, but like any professional tool, you just need a bit of time to understand it. Once you do, the possibilities are endless and it becomes a tool you can use daily without frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Supportive, But Builder Limitations Hold Back Webflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

Webflow is more reliable than most other website solutions. They allow me to focus on building websites, instead of troubleshooting issues. Their low abstraction away from web fundamentals helps make the design process cleaner and clearer.

They also invest heavily in their community and provide excellent support. Their integrations also make it easier for me to connect other platforms that I and my clients use often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

Their website builder can be tricky at times and they suffer from many limitations that seem artificial (such as CMS nesting limits, only being able to include a limited number of types of listings on a page etc.). These features unnecessarily keep me from recommending this to all of my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Yet Pricey"
4/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

I just like to mention the fact that Webflow is very easy to use. It makes building and editing a website very easy, even for somebody who doesn't have much technical understanding. I use the edit options a lot, and I also publish websites with it. That is the main feature I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

It's a bit expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience with This Software"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

It's an incredibly flexible platform that allows you totally customize your site. It's great for landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

Educating new users is still somewhat challenging. Even with step-by-step instructions, we have difficulty in getting other team members to adopt it. When we hired new marketers, they wanted us to switch to hubspot as they found it too difficult to learn.

On the otherhand - as a technical person, I wish their was more ways to use CMS within the javascript components. I end up using things like Finsweet to get more out of Webflow.

Customer support isn't always the most helpful when we want to integrate custom solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webflow’s Back Up Feature is Really Great"
5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

What I love about Webflow is the built-in features it offers. I especially love the built-in backup feature. If something messes up with the current design, I can easily restore it in just a few clicks. No 3rd party plugins needed. I have used this amazing tool since 2022, and I have built over 100 websites already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

Webflow recently rolled out a fantastic tool, which is the GSAP visual timeline. It would be great if they could provide more resources on the Webflow University so that we can utilize this feature more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webflow: Super-fast tool for building websites"
5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

I love that Webflow bridges the gap between designing the site and then developing it, allowing me to test, validate ideas and update quickly. My average website building time has went down from 20-40 hours to just 7-10 hours and is really a major upside. One of the mainUSPs of Webflow is it's interaction panel and GSAP features which have been added recently, most web builders lack the ability to create professional animations and interactions. And, Webflow's user experience is simply outstanding, it doesn't feel like a typical drag and drop tool but it helps us understand how it's getting structured. And I also highly appreciate webflow's promise of 99.9% uptime, which provides great reliability and to be honest I haven't faced any issues hosting my client websites on webflow, I have been hosting here for over 5+ years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

I feel the pricing is very problematic. Generally speaking, the pricing has been consistently increasing year over year, no other website builders seem to upgrade their pricing at this rapid pace. This makes it very difficult for me to justify to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, But Requires a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

I use Webflow to manage several websites and host them. I find their platform very in-depth once you learn it, and it allows me to quickly make changes and spread them across our different sites. I like that their UI is intuitive, and a lot of their back end features are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

I find there's a bit of a learning curve when first starting to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Design and Learning Tool, but CMS Limits Are Frustrating"
4/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

The visual design interface is excellent, and writing HTML & CSS is remarkably pleasant and intuitive. It's an outstanding product for low-level web developers to learn about working with HTML and CSS design systems. The webhooks feature is great, and the flexibility with custom properties and attributes makes it very easy to integrate custom code. Overall, it's a really great tool for both learning and creating marketing sites. Customer support is great, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

I really dislike the arbitrary CMS limits, such as the 60 max CMS fields and 10 max reference fields per collection. No srcsets for CMS images is really painful as well and seriously can hurt performance. Setting up multi-reference CMS structures for any CMS page with more than basic complexity is frustrating and unintuitive for clients to work with—it's even embarrassing to document sometimes. I've had to refactor multiple sites multiple times to accommodate more features because of these limits, and builds become very unwieldy as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Design Flexibility with Webflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webflow?

I really love the Webflow community. It stands out to me for its supportive nature. I use most of the tools in Webflow, especially the designer, which is crucial for building websites. I also appreciate the option to add custom code and implement custom integrations, which gives me a lot of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

I think the CMS can be improved, in areas like multi nesting collections. It's a big *** at the moment. And, creating more future systems in the CMS is really gonna go a long way, and we don't have to rely on third party apps for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Generally don't agree with the pricing, especially restricting the CMS tool from their lowest pricing teir. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
