**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Our website design is custom and beautiful. It's better than we ever could have imagined.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

For someone used to WordPress or Squarespace, it's not as intuitive. But after the learning curve it's great.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our new site better tells our company story in a way the last one had gaps. We're better using this to grow web traffic and get form submissions.

  ### 2. I am a product designer with passion of web design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow has a significant learning curve, especially for users who are new to web design. It takes time and effort to master the platform's interface and workflow

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Expensive plans: Webflow's pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses and individuals. The cost of hosting and additional features can quickly add up.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows users to create professional-looking websites without needing to learn complex coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This democratizes web design, making it accessible to a wider range of people.

  ### 3. Webflow has dramatically changed my web design business for the better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil M. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Powerful nocode builder that allows me to be creative whilst handling the code visually.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Can sometimes be a bit laggy when using but as a whole no major issues.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to build complex websites without the need to know too much code.

  ### 4. Best no-code website builder ever. Way better than WordPress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail K. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

website creation is so easy with weblow. In the past, I used to use wordpress but since the time I've started using webflow. my website is so clean and bug-free

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

if I keep using webflow for 4-5 hours non-stop, it gives some glitches which go away only after refreshing the page which is not that big of an issue for me.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

no bugs like how wordpress plugins had. plus interface is so clean and their website builder is also super easy to use unlike wordpress's elementor and WP bakery builder. Webflow's help documentation is also very useful.

  ### 5. A great tool for no-code websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow allows you to build complex websites with as many features as a custom built website. Animations are smooth once you get the hang of them and there's a good amount of room for fine tuning.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Webflow isn't built for complex integrations, but so long as you use it for it's intended purpose it's a great tool. Implementation of Webflow takes time to learn. It's a complicated tool with a high skill ceiling which is why we have chosen it less than other tools.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows designers or anyone with a semi-technical background to build websites without code. For the right project, mainly brochure sites and landing pages, Webflow is a go-to.

  ### 6. Best Website Tool we and our clients ever had!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

We use Webflow since over a year and are very happy! The implementation of external Tools are also very easy.
The Supportteam is very kind and is very engaging.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

If you have really egde cases, you have to write custom code. But this issue consitently gets better.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We streamlined our process of creating beatufiul and performing websites for our clients.

  ### 7. Webflow is my go-to web development tool as a designer who provides end-to-end web dev services.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

It is a reliable, intuitive, and easy-to-use visual development tool. I love the flexibility it provides, the fact it allows for real-time collaboration between designers and editors, and the ability to add custom code allows for endless customization. It can be used for creating anything from a simple landing page to a complex CMS website.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The one feature I miss is the ability to select and work on multiple objects simultaneously, for example applying the same interaction to several elements in a grid at the same time or selecting multiple objects to be wrapped in a flexbox instead of dragging them in one by one.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me provide an end-to-end web design service, serving as the last step in the process which is publishing a website and thus delivering a fully functional finished product to a client.

  ### 8. What I like and dislike from webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Coding without much hassel, liberty of designing.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Pricy for things which are freely available in the market. Please allow collaboration.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow is making designing and development ease by allowing us to focus more on usability rather backend redundant coding job.

  ### 10. Its very convenient for multiple departments to collaborate on webflow.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I like its accessibility. The way anyoje can learn, develop and start collaborating on digital solutions

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The free version should have more number of sites and pages.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design variety is great. We are able to make high quality animations

  ### 11. Easy to use and great no-code website dev for scaling growth and programmatic SEO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sathyanarayana G. | AVP - Marketing and Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Flexible CMS that can be used to create hundreds or even thousands of programmatic pages using a template. You can recreate the website structure of Airbnb, Booking, HubSpot, or any other large global sites by just connecting it to Zapier, Google Sheets and publish it.

The design aspect is beautiful, the templates are good, and with little effort, you can truly build an elegant site.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The technical SEO aspect is not great, and not as flexible as WordPress. The page sizes and load time are usually large and hard to optimize pages for mobile. The global asset takes up too much space and cannot be compressed or optimized.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to publish large numbers of pages at scale, thousands in a few days by simple integrations and CMS. Great way to scale our SEO traffic.

  ### 12. Scalable, fast, and reliable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Senior Director of Global Growth and Demand, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Migrating to webflow has been wonderful, far more reliable, scalable and simple to implement than wordpress was.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Haven't found much to dislike, getting quality support can be tricky occassionally

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow is the platform on which we've built our entire site. It's the 'front door' of our business.

  ### 13. Creating professional websites has never been easier!🙌

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Дмитрий . | Webflow Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Thanks to Webflow I have my dream job and my clients have amazing websites.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

More and more addition of paid functionality, which was previously free💁‍♂️

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a ready-made design, launching a website has become very easy.

  ### 14. Making Websites Easy with Webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosangelica F. | Desempleada, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I really like how Webflow lets me see my website changes as I make them. It's like building with blocks — you can see your work grow step by step. I also love how I can make parts of my website that I can use again on other pages, like a logo or a menu. It’s super easy to add blog posts or product info without needing to be a computer expert.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

But Webflow can be a bit tough to learn at first. It's not always simple to do really unique things with my website design. Also, sometimes it costs a bit too much, especially if I’m making a website just for myself or for a small business.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow makes it really easy for me to create websites and landing pages without having to write a lot of code. It’s helping me because I can make professional-looking sites quickly, and I can change things around without needing to ask for help from a coder. This saves me time and money and lets me update my website any time I want.

  ### 15. From "Concept to Reality": Webflow Story

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshan B. | UX/UI Design Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow allows users to design, develop, and host the website w/o worrying about the code. It also comes with multiple add-ons like CMS (content management system) and hosting.

Additionally, it allows users to create animation without coding. The templates they provide are also top-notch compared to other tools that come within the same category.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Initially, for beginners, there might be a learning curve associated with that. Especially if you are new to design concepts.

In light of more advanced features Webflow also sits at a good price point.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow streamlined the whole process from Desing to Prottyping to Development in a single tool. It's no code/ low code visual interfaces that help to build unique designs. It also allows an editing feature for the responsive design even you can preview that as well.

Sometimes managing content for the website becomes a cumbersome task, Webflow solves that problem by allowing you to manage and structure dynamic content.

  ### 16. Insight from a Webflow Builder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The balance between having easy to use tools, with the customization features more geared towards a developer. I am not an experienced front end dev, but I am able to navigate the layers and customizations of the pages pretty easily.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The way the CMS works with the rest of the site. I cant publish blog posts until I publish any current editing work on other pages. So if youre working on a big page overhaul, you cant publish a blog post until those changes are published too.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the ability to copy over formats and elements we've built with experience devs, but then an average user can then replicate and build on for other pages. The navigation between pages, elements and CMS is pretty smooth too.

  ### 17. Hi, I'm a senior UI/UX designer and webflow developer having three years of experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asad A. | Senior UI/UX and Webflow Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow development dashboard and user interface is most likely part of webflow

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I experienced some glitches and speed issue recently and that was worst experience of webflow

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage my web content easily and can develop web design that is very much good and user friendly than other CMS, It's feel a professional developer when I build the website by using different classes and custom codes.

  ### 18. Webflow provides agility that I often felt was missing in other work environments.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow enabled me to break down barriers in my workflow, both when working with clients directly or within an enterprise. Having everything in one place and being able to give a variety of permitions to clients and colleagues has cut down execution time significantly. Furthermore it's a fun tool do design and develop in, the community in and around webflow is amazing, page speed and the quality of interactions are always a joy.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

My biggest issue with Webflow in an enterprise setting is the bottle neck that still exists due to the fact that there can still only be one designer. This can obviously be solved by working in branches, but those have not always performed in the way you'd expect.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow provides an all in one solution that gives me a solid environment to design and develop outstanding websites in. Role permitions are also a great way to use Webflow as a collaborative tool, rather than work in separate silos.

  ### 19. Webflow is a useful tool for smaller scale sites

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is great for building websites when you don't know a ton about coding. You can easily create/add pages, collections of articles or other content, and they have lots of fancy features like animations to make your site look better. You can make components that help you reuse things across a site which is nice. They also provide a lot of basic insight into accessibility, SEO and other things like that. Webflow is pretty easy to pick up if you're a newbie and they have great online resources and webinars to help you learn. Their customer service is really nice as well.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

If you have more than one developer working on your site, it is hard for multiple people to edit things at once which is a huge disadvantage, particularly if you have a larger site. Once you get to a sizeable site (>50 pages), webflow can become a bit harder to manage because it is hard to bulk update things. It would be helpful to be able to sort through styles, assets, components more easily to bulk update or have more visibility into how and where they're used. It is way too easy to accidentally and unintentionally add elements to a page that you don't want, so it takes some getting used to.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the primary tool used for our marketing website.

  ### 20. Best No-Code website builder out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | Creative director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Ease of use. It's possible to build and launch entire websites in only a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Translations are limited to 5 languages only. It seems that webflow forgets i't small users and is heading into a direction where they only care about enterprise customers.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visual building of websites, there is no need for custom coding anymore.

  ### 21. Good Productivity Tool

  ### 22. A Comprehensive yet Easy Website Builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow goes a step beyond the typical website builders allowing you to have better control of the design and functionality of your website. There is a bit of a learning curve but Webflow offers an array of how-to videos and in-depth customer support channels. I use Webflow as my main website builder and have created six websites for several different clients.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There is a bit of a learning curve, but it will help if you understand basic coding principles (ie. containers, padding, parent components, etc..). There are a lot of support and how-to videos easily accessible.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having more control and freedom to make design decisions (over traditional drag-and-drop website builders).

Webflow allows us to transform our marketing website strategy and build workflows to enable multiple teams to contribute and manage content across our business... all without any tech resource.

Our marketing websites are hosting on Webflow.

  ### 24. Best No-code website building tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

How easy and fast it is to build landing pages.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Its high pricing, it has increased significantly since I started using it.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I barely need to write code to build amazing websites with cool animations and interactions. It has decreased significantly the amount of time needed to launch sites.

  ### 25. Best CMS in the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clément B. | Global Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is both accessible for non-developer and very complete/professional. Thanks to the many free ressources they provide, it's easy to take your first steps. There is always more to learn and an infinity of possibilties to create absolutely everything you have in mind. The community around Webflow keeps growing and is also very helpful to find inspiration and guidance.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Everything is great at the moment 🙂 Learning curve might need some patience for a beginner but also very pleasant.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very up to date CMS in which I never been stuck on anything infeasible. UI/UX are nice and very accessible for non developer profile.
Also performing very well on SEO/performance.

  ### 26. Website Rebuild with Webflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Using Webflow is very user friendly! I love that you can pre-load assets into the platform to use across your website.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The designer mode can be confusing at first, as you have a lot of freedom and can change any tiny detail. The learning curve was fairly quick though.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything you need to launch a new website is native to Webflow, including hosting the finished product.

  ### 27. I Love Webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I love the flexibility, scalability, and affordability that other platforms do not offer.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There isn't much to not like about the Webflow platform, with the exception of photo uploads for forms. I think multi-photo upload should become a native option.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating effective websites for small businesses and nonprofits.

  ### 28. A great product that has changed the web design landscape

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow removes a lot of hassle from launching a corporate marketing website, and takes care of techniclal details so you can focus on the bigger projects. The CMS is solid, and very easy to onboard users with no technical background onto it. And of course, you can quickly build very high quality websites. Almost all the best websites I see nowadays (Awwward winners, etc.) are built using Webflow.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

It's closed source, and you have no access to the backend or configuration. To take advantage of CMS functionality, you must use CMS hosting. In my view it is too expensive.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing the quick build of bespoke web pages without the need for deep understanding for how all the code works. Lowers barriers to entry for web development, which enables designers to start creating beautiful websites.

  ### 29. Experience was overwhelming if I'm coming after using framer!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhil A. | Wordpress Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

As a intermediate user, the experience of using webflow and it's features is soo good that I can't imagine what more they could have added. I really loved the structural understanding and animation control which allows a lot of things to do.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The only thing I disliked about the webflow is the complications with controls and finding them in the dashboard! If I see that as a beginner I feel framer is easier to start

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow help me to design and deploy the gooood looking landing pages faster!

  ### 30. The best ways for your stunning website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The best thing that I like is the flexibility to build a creative website without any limitations

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The thing that I don't like is the subscription method to get it, it's not easy to manage

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow have allowed us to build a creative webpage in a easy way and in a less time than before

  ### 31. Webflow product review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I like the relatively low-code aspect of webflow and the level of cusotmisation that can be achieved. It also offers a number of really cool templates to help you get started. The webflow uni is also pretty awesome.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

My only criticism is that when I make a change to a page I also have to make changes to the page taking into account different devices. For example, sometims the page renders beatifully on desktop but not so good on mobile - unless I go in and make those changes. It would be great if a change automatically renders across all devices and OS.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our company website on webflow and I can go in and make editorial and basic design changes.

  ### 32. Nice simple to use alternative to Wordpress

Its easy to use and has a nice interface

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Its still built keeping a web developer in mind, its not extremely easy to get started with. Needs some handholding

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us to ship more pages faster

  ### 33. Not Soc-2 Compliant

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Once we got our site set up, updating text was incredibly quick and painless.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Soc-2 requirements state we need certain headers on our website but webflow is actually blocking us from being able to add the required headers. Their rationale is that we have to upgrade to "enterprise lite" for $15k annually in order to add the standard headers (we pay less than $300 annually right now). For context, we added these headers to our product websites within minutes and achieved A+ ratings. Webflow is actually blocking us from being soc-2 compliant unless we shell out $15k additional every year for the ability to add "custom" headers -- what they call "custom" are industry standard headers that any soc-2 compliant website needs to have in place. Our website is a 9 page static website with just text. I would not say Webflow is secure or soc-2 compliant given this experience, I would call them "soc-2 optional" - and only an option if you pay 49x the regular price for a basic website.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want marketing to have unfettered access to update text on our website.

  ### 34. Transformed our Website Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Collection structure allowed us to democratise our website, letting the wider marketing team contribute to areas that were relevant to them.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Not a lot to be honest. It went down a couple of times last year which was less than ideal but this hasn't happened in a long time.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow is enabling our content team to create new blogs, customer case studies, resource pages and product pages with fewer hurdles.

  ### 35. Easy and Effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhdeep S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

It's beginner friendly as well as very good in advanced web design. Having a linear learning curve help beginners to get advanced easily, also its free and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

What a dislike about the flow is that we cannot use custom domain names in its free plan

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the effort to write basic html, css and other basic frontend stuff like react, sass, javascript etc

  ### 36. Good premise, terrible execution

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adex G. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow was sold to us as this incredible platform, with amazing features, and abilities like being able to display Lottie files, and was oversold, quite frankly.

In order to set up e-commerce, you have to pay for a plan, and then to add insult to injury, you have to upgrade that plan in order to add your clients to it.

It's not ideal for a client who might be computer illiterate.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

It's far too expensive, and limited to be priced as is. You end up shooting yourself in the foot because after you've wasted all this time building out a website, your client can't even go view it without jumping through several hoops.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to add some aesthetic functionality to my clients website, especially a scrolling feature I wanted to implement. However, the e-commerce limitations and overall clunkiness of the back end as far as usability for a less tech savvy client is abhorrent.

  ### 37. No-code's

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anesu F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Easy to use and understand, even with a basic understanding HTML. Had learned to use it and built complex interactions and animations within 2 weeks. Without writing a single code of JS!

Webflow University's also a great tool to learn.

Probably a result of unintended consequence but Webflow is probably one of the best ways to visually learn advanced concepts like CSS Grid, Flex, etc, because you can see them changing visually with adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Pricing system can be confusing and is more on the higher end, especially for individual users and clients moving from Wordpress and shared hosting.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick turn-around with less effort, and save costs as we build in-house without otusourcing.

  ### 38. Non-techy people can use it too

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I'm not a developer and have no HTML experience, but I'm able to manage and edit content. It's easy to find where things are located.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Only having Editor access (and not Designer access) for certain components of a page that would intuitively make more sense for an Editor to have access to - in other words, certain pages are locked based on certain permissions.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to manage content with absolutely no HTML experience as an editor. It used to be a pain to play around with the HTML (or have to ask for help) until something happened to work with our old CMS. So it's a major time and headache saver.

  ### 39. This is a great product to launch websites that are not just functional but looks amazing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajitesh C. | Social Media Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow has simplified web design and made it accessible to designers like me. I think it's a great solution to launch a website quickly. Plus integration with apps makes automation easier

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The only thing I don't like about the web flow is that at times it's not user-friendly. If you're creating a pricing plan for small businesses with seats up to 6-10 people. You should allow people to work on the same projects.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow is making web design accessible to non-coders. Its fairly simple to learn webflow and launch fully optimized websites and landing pages.

  ### 40. Great for starting out! Scaling is a bit questionable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I think as far as website builders that I have used webflow has been far the msot powerful and flexible. I am really able to easily model all the different designs and functionality within webflow. There is a great community out there that I think will help you and you really get a lot more out of the box with the platform than I have seen with other website builders. If someone has a 10-20 page website and a few templates I really think webflow is the way to go. It's really fast and that makes it great for starting out.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I think like any platform you are locked into their specific limitations. To go from localization more than 5 languages was a jump to enterprise which was a huge jump from their normal accounts. There is not a lot of integration with external data sources so if you want to integrate you'll have to write your own script. The animation and interaction library is really great for basic things but I feel like there were certain triggers that they didn't have. Also writing a complex query for their cms data is not easy at all.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think webflow is really solving the problem of a inflexible website builder. This really allows me to convert designs to development with a lot more precision in a format that could potentially be used by a non coder. Someone could then go in and reuse the components and such with minimal onboarding.

  ### 41. It's a peace of mind using a tool that helps me create websites faster and easy to manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is a super fast and easy to learn tool. Coming from creating websites on WordPress, I am finally relieved to use a tool that doesn’t give me headaches and helps me create websites faster.
I like how easy it is to deploy a website, and that we can now create page branches.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Dealing with classes nomenclature can be tricky.
The collections are very useful although the interface and how we access them can be improved.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the components library, by building a website on Webflow I can deliver to my team/clients a finished product much faster than using other tools.
It's helping me maintaining the websites by not worring about any version updates messing up with the structure of them.
Working in a company with business in different countries and the need to have similiar local websites, using Webflow, that allows me to duplicate sites, helps me be more efficient.

  ### 42. Faster, Better, Smarter Web Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles K D. | Business Owner/Creative Director , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow separates web design from content creation. It is so easy to change a web design and keep all the work of content. It seamlessly accesses it content database based on the web design. Working with marketing to create customized pages is quick and easy. Publishing content on demand fits in with agile methodologies.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Webflow has a learning curve but those from programming databases and/or HTML/CSS will be a quick learning curve.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implement solution in hours not days or weeks. In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, getting content online fast is the key to awareness and relevance. It's a dream come true for agile development. We work on the design while a content writer develops the content.

  ### 43. No better platform in my book!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | CEO of nonprofit, I.T. Manager for church, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Design mode is really easy to use for someone who builds websites yet you can tweak everything and do custom if needed. Plus, you get editor mode as well. It is the best mix of a platform for those who want easier templated design and those who need to get in and dig into custom design. Simply put, it's fantastic.

Customer support is top notch as well.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Not much to dislike. I wouldn't mind if they expanded some of the filtering/sorting options on the CMS component of their platform.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Besides my own nonprofit, I do website building for many small business and nonprofits and it makes building those sites speedy, yet fully customized to their needs.

  ### 44. Simple yet powerful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The best thing about Webflow is how it's easy to use yet incredibly powerful. You can get up and running in a matter of minutes with a basic site. But, depending on your ambitions, it can be nearly as complex and powerful as you wish for it to be. Through custom code and add ons, the possibilities are massive.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The biggest downside about Webflow is the pricing. It can get quite expensive.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows me to get sites up running incredibly quickly. The speed at which we can go from concept to execution for a polished, professional site is unparalleled.

  ### 45. It is simple a horror from Content perspective.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Nothing, literally nothing. I use it very oftenly, everyday. It makes my life so frustrating.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

- It is a terrible tool. There are bugs, showing all the time, even if the content is staged properly.
- It stops working in the middle of loading the content and VERY often it deletes hours of work.
- It doesn't work, when two people are logged in, in the same time.
- Any change to design, like button, FAQ section, really small things have to be coded. So I have a contact with code, all the time. Even if, I am a Content Specialist not Front-end developer.
- It simply makes my work 2000 times harder than any other solution. I worked with WordPress and Storyblok and there are lightyears further than webflow.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't benefit me, it makes my life hell.

  ### 46. A designers dream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole P. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

My favorite thing about Webflow is that it's fairly user friendly while also allowing for the utmost customization and flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

You could say there is a bit of a learning curve, but there are so many tutorials and resources that it's really impossible to get stuck

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients all use different brands and require different types of websites, Webflow allows us to cater to this with different design layouts. We are also able to wow our clients with the sleek animation capabilities and responsive formats.

  ### 47. Very well suited for large companies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is well-suited for large enterprises because it:

* Offers design and development freedom to create unique websites without extensive programming.
* Is scalable and can handle high visitor numbers and data volumes.
* Provides a powerful CMS that enables easy content management.
* Ensures high security and reliability with SSL, DDoS protection, and regular backups.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The complex functions and the visual development tool can be overwhelming at first, especially for those without a design or web development background.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the visual editor, landing pages can be created quickly and with little programming knowledge.

  ### 48. Webflow is very intuitive and professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Ease of developing and management of website. The CRM feature is also very handy for ease of updating and managing various segments of the site. From development to publishing, it was quite easy to handle. The platform also allows for a lot of customisations and types of deployment. I use it weekly to update content and it is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Learning curve is a bit steep, but once you get the hang of it, it is manageable.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their CRM tool is very easy to use, and thus I can regularly update the site with articles and promotions.

  ### 49. Webflow is a godsend for enterprise teams AND for personal sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The flexibility to do -almost- anything no-code is a godsend. For enterprise teams, the ability to use page branches to work on different site edits and release them when their ready has been game-changing.

We went from Craft to Webflow and it's sped up our process so much. We no longer have to wait for a developer to do the simplest changes. And the fact that it's intuitive to folks that know CSS makes it extra easy-to-use.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

CMS items need some form of branching ability too. We need some form of access between editor level and designer level, or the ability to restrict designer level to certain pages.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow is allowing more team members to work on the website with little to know technical knowledge. It's speeding up our workflow tremendously.

  ### 50. ⚠️ DO NOT USE for mission-critical/core business websites

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** StrategyBoost C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

1. Robust functionality for no-code application
2. Large community of builders
3. High-quality 'how to' content

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Non-existent support. If you have any issues that cannot be resolved independently, you are essentially helpless. Their support is abysmal -- among the worst I've ever seen. It seems emails for non-enterprise customers (and yes, contact is only reachable via email) are routed to 'front line' support that are only trained to find and refer customer to what appears to be relevant material in their public product documentation only, but have no training on more complex issues. Responses are also very slow relative to competitors. Each response took no less than 24 hours.

If your webflow website is a core component of your business, you cannot afford to lose access or experience critical issues for days at a time; by using this product, that IS the risk you take.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great way to get started quickly without having to hire a genuine software engineer, but it should be avoided for mission-critical or more complex applications. It seems best for landing pages.
