For the end customer, the card lives where they already keep boarding passes and payment cards, updates in real time as they earn stamps or points, and surfaces on the lock screen through location-based relevance — turning a walk past the store into a reminder to come back. For the business, every scan is a data point: visit frequency, average ticket, and automatic customer segmentation into new, active, loyal, VIP, at-risk, and churned groups, so retention marketing targets the right customer with the right message instead of blasting the entire list.
