Once you get familiar with the system is very easy to use

Perhaps is my position level to acces some privilege, but it would be great if you can have access to tranfer or create on Excel or Google sheets a monthly report to see what is pending, completed and trace the consistency for each product.

I love as as admin I can use both the shopper view and the admin view. This allows me to place orders easily but also see what my team sees on their end of things.

There isn't much to dislike, everything works great and customer service has always been super helpful whenever I run into an error.

Vroozi is solving having to go through everyone else, it is at the touch of my fingertips if I ever need to order or pull something up.

Vroozi is still our tried and true in 2025. We have been able to effectively and efficiently execute all out POs to our customers. But also help us execute receipts and payments to our customers.

Vroozi has alot of limitations when it comes to adding details in PO. Line by line can be a little painful. The bulk upload still requires alot.

Vroozi allows us to have a single source of truth for POs. We are able to locate and search for invoices and purchase orders in real time.

Purchase requests, purchase orders and invoicing are all done in one place and are easily connected.

The ease of shapping for end-users saves critical task time. The autopmation provided through AI, automatic PO matching, and cXML invoicing saves critical time for the accounting staff as well.

Vroozi can be a bit frustrating to use with very specific use cases. For instance, we have multiple accounts with our local utilitiy companies all of which have different coding on our GL. As such, in this instance, we have to spend staff time correcting AI suggested coding.

Vroozi helps solve one of our primary pain points which is we are a multi-building campus. The visibility and communication peices help prevent ordering problems and approvals can be instally sought regardless of the building the reequestor is working at.
