The experience in individual classes is very variable, depending on the assigned teacher. Some are very good and give very good feedback to the students, but others just "deliver" a class.

The Voxy platform includes activities where the student learns the language not only to translate and express a thought or convey information to others, but to perform actions, act, and influence the interlocutor. The texts available for reading are updated in real-time, providing users with proficiency gains and, at the same time, interaction with different types and genres of texts. Unfortunately, sometimes the tutorials become full of participants, and the topic chosen by the student becomes unavailable for a few days. There are integration difficulties between Voxy and the University through some API tools. I like the personalized lessons it offers as well as all the real world content students can use, the student experience is enriched and individualized with contents selected by the learner. I also like the group lessons where students can improve their speaking skills taking part on chat meetings monitored by a tutor, this course component is a great add-on for an online English course. Finally, the mobile access to the course is also very convenient, students can use their phones and tablets for working with their units and most recently joining their live classes. The Grammar Guide tool the course offers is not very dynamic and a little unattractive compared to the rest of the course, it could offer videos and visual explanations to help students with grammar topics they usually need help with. The pronunciation practice tool in the Word Bank still needs some adjustment.

Voxy offers a Command Center to manage students which is useful, but still needs to offer more setup options: e.g. change student's level and VPA date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
