Voxgard Reviews & Product Details

Voxgard is an AI receptionist for businesses whose phone rings more than the team can answer. It picks up inbound calls in about 0.3 seconds, 24 hours a day, and greets the caller with your business name. It answers from what you loaded into it: your services, hours, location and price rules. When it doesn't know something it says so and offers to take a message or reach a person, instead of inventing an answer. Callers can interrupt mid-sentence and it stops to listen; if the caller goes quiet, it asks a follow-up rather than sitting in dead air. Language is detected from the caller's first phrase and can switch mid-sentence: someone who starts in English and moves to Spanish is answered in Spanish, in a matching voice. 32 languages run out of the box. On a booking call Voxgard collects the details, offers real open slots, checks the spoken address against an address database, reads it back once for a yes, and puts the appointment in your Google Calendar or Calendly. It will not wrap up until every intake field you listed has been collected, and the follow-up text goes out from your own number with an optional add-to-calendar link. When the call needs a person, Voxgard rings your managers in priority order, skips any line that drops to voicemail, and bridges the first one who answers, with a one-line summary already in their hand. After each call you get the recording, a word-for-word searchable transcript, a plain-English summary, and the details pulled out as fields: who called, what they wanted, what got booked. A success score and a sentiment read flag the calls a human should look at. Records sync two ways with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Bitrix24, AmoCRM and other pipeline tools, or through webhooks, Zapier, n8n and Make. You set the assistant up by answering plain questions in the dashboard instead of writing prompts or code. Keep your current number by forwarding or porting it, or take a new line in 50+ countries. Plans start at $249/month.
