If you have a question about using it good luck, because their team does not respond which is too bad. **What do you dislike about VODIUM?** Customer service is nonexistent. I want to inquire about a TEAM subscription. I have several people on my team that need it. And no one will get back to me. I have emailed several times I have been emailed Mary Mellor with ZERO response. **What problems is VODIUM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do video podcast for over 130 clients. Having an easy onscreen teleprompter is great. Again customer service is terrible and I would not recommend using this comonay. ### 2. Since 2 of the 3 hours are lecture, it's important for me to connect with my students. Looking directly into my computer with a tool such as Vodium makes that activity a seamless, engaging, personal experience for everyone. I love the ability to build a lecture and then import the text directly into Vodium, knowing that I have robust editing tools inside Vodium to make in-line edits without having to go outside the platform. That saves me time and hassle. Being able to scale fonts up or down, along with leading (line spacing) adjustments, along with opacity in the background makes my job so much easier. I used Vodium last year for my Atwood class, and will use it again this year for both my Atwood and Angela Carter classes. Vodium simply elevates the online teaching experience to a whole new level. Thank you! **What do you dislike about VODIUM?** I have not experienced any negatives with the platform. I teach often on the road, and I can use it anywhere in the world. **What problems is VODIUM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to engage my student audience more directly by simply looking into my screen as if I were talking to them directly, without having to look down to lecture notes. The lecture is right in front of me the entire time. I script 180 minutes of classtime once a week with ease. ### 3.
