Vodium allows me to conduct a 3-hour Zoom class for both my literature courses with effortless ease. Since 2 of the 3 hours are lecture, it's important for me to connect with my students. Looking directly into my computer with a tool such as Vodium makes that activity a seamless, engaging, personal experience for everyone. I love the ability to build a lecture and then import the text directly into Vodium, knowing that I have robust editing tools inside Vodium to make in-line edits without having to go outside the platform. That saves me time and hassle. Being able to scale fonts up or down, along with leading (line spacing) adjustments, along with opacity in the background makes my job so much easier. I used Vodium last year for my Atwood class, and will use it again this year for both my Atwood and Angela Carter classes. Vodium simply elevates the online teaching experience to a whole new level.
