What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

We really enjoy working with Shannon Kennedy and how clear she is in her understanding and communication of our issues. She's always quick to respond and willing to work with us as we tend to enjoy being more involved in our own processes than having someone do it all for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

Charging fees for short email responses is less than ideal but we do understand contextually how it can fall under consulting / paid services. Sometimes simple straight forward communications could be handled as customer services than a rendered and invoiced service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

Leo, my support agent, was knowledgeable, calm, and got right to it. I appreciate his efficiency and ability to keep up and move fast while I was in frustration mode. I left the call feeling supported and confident that the information & solutions that Leo provided were the best for my workflows. My bar is high and I don't leave reviews often, but when I do, they are well deserved. Leo, thank you!

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

The cost, along with the lack of historical knowledge, is disappointing.

For example, I’m new to the company, and there is no solid, reliable documentation or training available from VistaVu regarding my company’s implementation of SAP—its customizations, the rationale behind them, and the intended workflow. As a result, learning the SAP system was both challenging and expensive, and the overall experience has been frustrating.

Starting a new role, with a lean team, is tough enough without having to guess at SAP processes and workflows. There’s no one available to explain why we follow certain processes, or why we have what appears to be some inefficient, unscalable workflows. It also seems like we’re not utilizing SAP for everything it offers—but why? Nobody knows. There’s no documentation, etc.

In practice, this seems to guarantee VistaVu perpetual training costs but does not leave me, the customer, feeling like I'm in a supported partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
