VistaVu’s consultant team is top-notch. They’re intimately familiar with our ERP system, SAP Business One, and they consistently develop solutions whenever we run into issues. The annual maintenance fee seems to cover only basic support, and it may not deliver enough value to justify the overall cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering VistaVu Solutions: VistaVu does have annual maintenance fees to support your ERP system. Those fees include access to an account manager who can help with basic questions. If you’re fairly tech-savvy, that level of support may not feel especially useful; however, their expert consultants are very knowledgeable when it comes to more complex issues, though those consultants come at an additional cost. VistaVu has been vital in supporting our company’s SAP Business One platform. They’ve been an important resource for implementing SAP functionality and the customizations that help us run our business more efficiently. Leo, my support agent, was knowledgeable, calm, and got right to it. I appreciate his efficiency and ability to keep up and move fast while I was in frustration mode. I left the call feeling supported and confident that the information & solutions that Leo provided were the best for my workflows. My bar is high and I don't leave reviews often, but when I do, they are well deserved. Leo, thank you! Another thing I like is that we have one point of contact for our customer success team at VistaVu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions? The cost, along with the lack of historical knowledge, is disappointing. For example, I’m new to the company, and there is no solid, reliable documentation or training available from VistaVu regarding my company’s implementation of SAP—its customizations, the rationale behind them, and the intended workflow. As a result, learning the SAP system was both challenging and expensive, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Starting a new role, with a lean team, is tough enough without having to guess at SAP processes and workflows. There’s no one available to explain why we follow certain processes, or why we have what appears to be some inefficient, unscalable workflows. It also seems like we’re not utilizing SAP for everything it offers—but why? Nobody knows. There’s no documentation, etc. In practice, this seems to guarantee VistaVu perpetual training costs but does not leave me, the customer, feeling like I'm in a supported partnership. Recommendations to others considering VistaVu Solutions: Document everything and save it for your team, you must be involved, ask questions, understand rationale and make sure your VistaVu team does as well. Get all training tools and documentation at the time of implementation so your system is able to grow with you instead of becoming a challenge to your efficiency and scalability.
