What do you like best about VirtualPBX?

I love VirtualPBX because it separates my personal phone from my business calls, which is incredibly helpful for me. I also love the features of the voicemail, especially being able to check them through my email. I've loved VirtualPBX from day one, and it has greatly contributed to the growth of our business. The setup has a learning curve, but once it's figured out, it's a great feature to have, especially for a growing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?

What do you like best about VirtualPBX?

I love that VirtualPBX is reliable and has great customer support. Whenever I've had a problem, I've been able to reach out to them and get answers almost immediately. I also appreciate that it's very affordable, and it was easy to create an account and get their services. The initial setup was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?

Text messaging here. Sometimes I really do need to add and the most is very expensive, whereas I could use other options. That are not so interface friendly like Google Voice but it's free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VirtualPBX?

The many options available with service like voicemail boxes, the call logs and the option of a recorded voicemail message or a personal one. The customer service team is top notch. What do you like best about VirtualPBX?

The team that assisted me was Professional from start to finish. If you want best in class service Virtualpbx is the company to choose. My prior 17 years with Vonage was horrible. Rory, Justin, Ido and Raeven are excellent in their jobs and follow through on everything. I was up and running on my SMS/Porting as promised with help along the way.

If anyone is looking for a new carrier Virtualpbx should be your choice. Thanks for your help I appreciate it!!!

What do you like best about VirtualPBX?

I've been a longtime customer of VirtualPBX. Their service is extremely reliable and the quality is excellent. I rarely have an issue with my phone service. The pricing is also reasonable, especially for small businesses like mine. Also, the are quite a ew features that are included with my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
