The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and being able to copy certificate templates has been a huge timesaver. Our clients in different parts of the world appreciate that we are able to tailor the date format to how they like it... This may not seem like a big thing, but it was for our students and training centers. We LOVE the fact that we can include expiration dates and thus require our students to earn their continuing education credits as well. Best of all, the customer support is PHENOMENAL! Samiksha has the patience of a saint—she’s always helpful, kind, and supportive. We recently eclipsed our 500th certificate and, as a result, had to upgrade, but the whole process was so easy. We’d been wanting to give our certificate system a facelift for years, and I’m genuinely glad we waited until we found Virtual Badge! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Virtualbadge.io? I do not have a complaint about Virtualbadge.io. Once in blue moon, I will get a "system unavailable" message, but it never persists for long. We have streamlined our certificate request and thus generation process significantly. We have created our own integration of sorts with GoHighLevel, and our training centers now submit a form to request that a certificate be made. We've eliminated extra steps along the way, and now centers and students receive their exams about 50% faster. Virtual Badge has also helped us solve security problems, as now employers are understanding that if the student does not have a link to verify the certificate, then it is likely not genuine. The hardest part of Virtualbadge is putting the data into the right layout. However, that is no fault of Virtualbadge. Their API documentation is detailed and readily available, and if we used the integration, which we did not, the process and format would have been much smoother. Virtualbadge solves the problem we have of credentialing and providing certifications to attendees who attend our conferences. The Virtualbadge platform was perfect for how we used it. I appreciate the simplicity of the Virtualbadge.io website and how easy it is to create certificates. I like that we can create multiple different certificates and the integration with HubSpot to generate certificates based on specific fields. The initial setup was very easy.
