Virtual Card Maker Reviews & Product Details

Virtual Card Maker is a cloud-based virtual card issuance platform powered by Zil Money, built for US businesses. Issue Visa virtual cards for vendors, employees, contractors, departments, business travel, SaaS subscriptions, and bulk payroll, all from a single dashboard. Every card is fully configurable: set spend limits per transaction, day, or month; lock cards to a specific merchant or spending category; add expiration dates; and freeze or cancel instantly from any device. Cards are delivered securely by email or pushed directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no bank account exposure for cardholders. Department heads can issue sub-cards within pre-approved budgets, giving teams full autonomy while keeping finance in complete control. Cardholders can capture and attach receipts to transactions, with manager approval built into the workflow. Card types include Visa Virtual Cards, Expense Cards, Vendor Cards, Employee Cards, Payroll Cards, and Gift Cards, available in virtual or physical format. Every transaction is tagged by department, making month-end reconciliation a single export rather than a manual process.
