Videowise's software is pretty cool. The idea of taking videos we already have and getting more value from them was hard to say no to. I also like that I can easily import videos from Instagram, TikTok, and Google Drive.

My only complaint is that their metrics are fairly generous. We've set up Videowise so most of our site visitors are exposed to a video and therefore count as an "influenced sale." I wish there were a way to set custom metrics so we could better gauge the software's true impact. I’ve found Videowise to perform very well on our website. It’s become a valuable tool for improving the customer experience and showcasing video content across our video pages. The initial setup was straightforward, and the team’s guidance made it easy for us to implement the platform in just a few days. The Shopify integration has been seamless—selecting videos and adding them to different pages is very intuitive, and I was able to get up to speed quickly without extensive training. The video selection interface also makes it simple to browse our library and embed content exactly where we need it across product pages, collections, and landing pages.

UI/UX: Videowise delivers an excellent on-site experience with a clean, intuitive interface that integrates smoothly into our site. Users can purchase directly from videos through the shoppable features, which helps streamline the buying journey and reduces friction along the path to purchase. The platform is also very flexible: we can place videos almost anywhere with minimal restrictions, and they look polished and professional across placements. Overall, the visual presentation enhances the site rather than disrupting the existing aesthetic.

Pricing/ROI: The pricing has felt worthwhile given the uplift in conversion and the improved customer experience it supports.

Unexpected Benefits: We initially implemented Videowise mainly for UGC and influencer content, but we’ve since found it works extremely well for many types of video across the site. We’ve successfully used it for brand videos, product demos, and educational content on landing pages, which has expanded our use case well beyond our original intent and added meaningful value to our broader content strategy.

I’ve asked the team to improve our processes so they aren’t so manual. For example, it would be really helpful if Videowise could automatically pull videos from our social media channels and suggest them for use on our website. It would also be great to get a reminder about how long we’ve been running the same video—something like a heads-up if it’s been five months and it might be time to refresh or update it. Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time to fully get the hang of, and pricing might feel a bit steep for smaller teams. I think the best part about working with VideoWise is the amazing customer support, special mention to our CSM Tijana, who is really great when it comes to troubleshooting problems. I would like more flexibility with A/B testing on the platform. Currently, the options are an A/B test with or without the video.
