"Simple Implementation and Effortless Security Enhancement"
What do you like best about Vendor Risk?

I find that UpGuard offers an extremely simple implementation, which facilitates integration and use from the very beginning without facing significant difficulties. I also highly value its ability to generate reports easily, which is crucial for our risk assessments. The integration with security frameworks is another aspect I really appreciate, as it enhances our ability to manage vulnerabilities and effectively assess vendors. Additionally, I love how UpGuard provides us with visibility of exposed risks, simplifying the explanation and understanding of each one. This allows us to create and share risk mitigation plans effectively and track the management of those risks, which I consider of utmost importance and a reason why I would choose UpGuard again in the future. What do you dislike about Vendor Risk?

I would like UpGuard to offer an adoption service to ensure that we are using the tool in the best possible way. This could add more value for us as users and also more business for them through the sale of more licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adequate Tool with Potential, Needs Faster Support"
What do you like best about Vendor Risk?

I appreciate UpGuard's ability to help monitor our supply chain and provide intel on third-party cybersecurity risks. The scoring feature and device scoring capabilities are useful, and I value the competitive edge UpGuard offers, especially in terms of licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vendor Risk?

I found the setup process for UpGuard challenging due to its technical complexity, taking about six months, and it still doesn't feel properly configured. Additionally, the platform seems slow in terms of improving its configuration. The tool's intelligence isn't always actionable in real-time, as most notifications about breaches are post-event, which isn't ideal for immediate decision-making. Furthermore, I've experienced issues with customer support, finding their response times unsatisfactory and slower than expected for an organization aiming for growth.
