I wish that they would come up with the ability to have the AI receptionist, the voice receptionist, actually sound like the business owner or the person that would be in charge of the business or taking the phone calls. What I like most about Vendasta is having so many useful tools in one platform. I also really like the Snapshot Report. It gives me a quick overview of a business’s digital presence and helps me see which areas may need attention or improvement. I find this particularly useful when reviewing a new client and identifying opportunities that we can discuss with them.

One area that I think could be improved is the syncing of business listings. There are times when a listing shows as “potentially deleted” or “not synced” on the platform, even though the listing is still live and correct when I check the actual link. Sometimes the listing has already been fixed, but the status on the platform does not immediately reflect the update.

I experience syncing issues from time to time, so it can be a little confusing when trying to confirm the actual status of a listing. When this happens, I usually reach out to Vendasta Support, and they have been helpful in checking and resolving the issue. I think Marketing Services can do a better job using Task Manager. On occasion they have left open tasks and project statuses that have been completed. Weekly reports go out to clients and it makes us look bad when the report shows projects and tasks that are completed as not completed. Also the communication can be more consistently efficient. The customer support has taken a bit of a step back lately.
