Monthly License:

- In arrears model
- Automatic renewal
- Invoicing based on number of protected users at the end of the month

Yearly/3-Year License

A yearly/3-Year license offers a term-commitment discount and scalable billing:

- Valid one or three years, beginning on the day of activation
- Renewal on request
- Invoicing based on number of users declared at time of subscription
- Invoicing automatically adjusted when actual usage exceeds usage declared at time of subscription

NFR License

An NFR license is granted by Vade on a conditional basis and subject to yearly evaluation and renewal.
