"UTMStack: complete security, robust integrations, and support that facilitates onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about UTMStack?

UTMStack seems to me a very comprehensive solution for security: it has a clear interface, good integrations, stable performance, and a price that provides good return. Additionally, the support and onboarding greatly facilitate its use, while its AI features help improve detection and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UTMStack?

UTMStack is a useful tool, but I think it could still improve in some aspects. The interface can feel somewhat complex at first, certain integrations require more configuration than expected, and some AI functions could be more intuitive. Even so, the support helps a lot during the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Platform for Centralized Security Operations"
2.5/5
What do you like best about UTMStack?

What I like most about UTMStack is its ability to centralize SIEM and SOAR capabilities in a single platform, making security monitoring and incident response much more efficient. The solution offers an intuitive interface, straightforward deployment, and strong integration options, allowing teams to collect, correlate, and analyze logs from multiple sources with minimal complexity. I also appreciate its automation features, which help reduce manual work, accelerate threat detection, and improve overall security operations. Additionally, the open and flexible architecture makes it a cost-effective choice for organizations looking to strengthen their cybersecurity posture without the overhead of more complex enterprise solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UTMStack?

While UTMStack provides strong SIEM/SOAR capabilities at a competitive cost, there are some areas that could be improved. Advanced analytics, threat hunting, and reporting features are not as mature as those found in more established enterprise SIEM platforms. The documentation and community resources, although growing, can sometimes be limited when troubleshooting complex integrations or custom use cases. Additionally, organizations with large-scale environments may need to invest extra effort in tuning rules, dashboards, and alerts to reduce false positives and maximize visibility. The user interface is generally easy to navigate, but some workflows and configuration options could be more streamlined to improve the overall user experience.
