We are using the platform a long time, starting from the previous version.

The new platform is more elegant and stylish, has more options and is way faster.

On the new server, the installation went fine and was set-up easily and fast.

As we are using the system 24/7, i like the way that the clients are restoring after a network hiccup and/or power-loss. Also when it happens, the other clients stay working and refreshing, very nice!

The older platform was somewhat easy to work with, on the new platform it is a bit confusing sometimes what module you need and where you need to go. Maybe this is something that we have to get used to, but for me personally i most of the times get lost in the platform.

For our needs, we hardly use 10% of the functionality, it would be nice to be able to buy a license that only covers that 10% and not a license for the entire platform. It is a shame paying for something that we will never use.

To support our needs we had to develop our own software that runs on top of the Userful Platform, that works perfectly but would be nice that the options were already implemented :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Infinity Platform is exceptionally easy to use. The migration from our previous system to this new one went seamlessly. Navigating the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it simple to follow. It has truly elevated our Wall display, allowing us to make real-time adjustments effortlessly to accommodate all of our business needs.

We use it daily to show where our drivers are on one screen, and what jobs they must complete on another. We also have outages for our utility company posted up for employees walking by to see what needs work. All of these are from different screens on different computers and we can seamlessly remove or add screens as needed in real time.

It's very flexible and easy to deploy and use. The available integrations have allowed us to create a dynamic viewing experience for our NOC. On a daily basis, our NOC utilizes our Userful setup to monitor our network and various systems. What I really appreciate about the Userful is how easy it makes it to share and show things on our video wall. Whether it's a live camera feed or a webpage, it’s simple to get it up and running using RTSP or HTTP streams. The software itself is pretty straightforward, so you don’t need to be super technical to figure it out. It’s a solid tool that helps us get things displayed quickly without a lot of hassle. One thing I wish they’d improve is the variety of streaming options. Right now, it mostly sticks to RTSP, and while that works, it would be great if they added support for other methods too.
