One of our techs took it upon himself to make sure we were 100% set up with the help from Userful. We have now implemented Userful in 2 of our locations, 1 of them being remote from our HQ - Managing the remote location has been extremely easy thanks to the software that comes with the solution. It is very user friendly, to the point where a normal user can be brought up to speed and be able to manage it for their specifics needs. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** I saw this on another review and would like to piggyback off it - licenses being applied by the userful staff will restarts all of the displays. I'm sure there's a better solution for that process. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to be able to show specific information that closely ties with the Aviation industry. These are represented across a wall of TV's for better visibility - Userful has made this extremely more manageable than before. ### 2. Cost is effective over traditional PC's which have a much larger support overhead. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** No current issues with the product from Userful **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use our Userful stations to provide Library kiosk style access in a mental health and addiction treatment facility both on patient units and in a library on site. The configuration is centrally controlled with minimal hardware exposed, reducing risk and calls for support. ### 4. Very user friendly and easy to setup and you have their IT team to help whenever you need any assitance! **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** As more companies start using and implementing the Userful software, I hope that the price will come down a little bit as it is quite expensive still. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I could not imagine managing a 9 video or 12 video wall without using this Userful platform. ### 5. I have our main NOC view set up to switch between a variety of service statuses (some with different time windows), and it works like a champ. The API is well-documented and allows for a variety of configurations. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** When the licenses are applied by the Userful staff (in-house), the entire system will drop and restart the displays. I really, really, dislike this feature. So, with that, you should make sure that the Userful staff applies the licenses at a time that makes sense for your org. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to centrally manage a variety of digital dashboards for most of our administrative teams. We've been able to increase our billing production revenue by allowing the teams to see, at a glance, their statistics and KPI's. Userful has a wide array of sources it supports, so we had no worries about switching from an older dashboard/BI tech to a new one with no downtime on our part. ### 6.
