When purchased I was told that after the license ran out, we would continue to be able to natively use this product without support. We purchased the Hardware (computer) and licenses for the 6 zero client interfaces with that understanding. Three years later this entire setup is not only obsolete on the interface but has red letters generated across the screens "Unlicensed Version". We are now searching for a new interface for our office. People ask for me to cross train them but really there's nothing to cross train. I wasn't able to manage things properly. Keeping the RPis up and running and updated was challenging. Any changes that occured I would also need to figure out how to make everything work. It can take some time to learn the layout, the UI, and access to various servers. Userful should consider how-to guides on how to navigate and use the interface. Being able to asssign sources to screens in a very visual way makes it very easy. The file structure is complicated and cumbersome. Also not being able to schedule posts is unfortunate, unless it's available in emerald which I have not explored yet. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for digital signage. Our old way of working was to print and stick up signs to get information out to the public, now we can just put it on our TVs. ### 34. The biggest dislike is that everything is via phone, we don't have anyone that can physically come in to show us anything, however, we have now had this system for going on three years and that is the biggest complaint. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have Userful for our computer lab management in our library. It has been great working with them, they take care of all of the management. Anytime you need something updated or changed, they do the legwork, so our staff only has to contact them to let them know. The API is robust enough to fill in the gaps for most cases that don't work out of the box. User support has been fast, and it has a built in VPN client that you can startup for quick support tasks. Setup and deployment was relatively simple. The virtual linux desktop is an interesting solution, espcailly considering you can directly interact with it using peripherals connected via USB to the display adapters. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** The event scheduler is a bit cumbersome. Scheduling one-off scene changes is a little messier than it could be. Preset control could be better with more functionality than just saving and recalling a preset.
