"Uphold is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had"

What do you like best about UPHOLD?

What do you dislike about UPHOLD?

I deposited Ethereum with them and haven’t since been able to move it to another external wallet. I can’t sell it and withdraw to my bank account or even send it back to my Coinbase wallet.

It’s simply locked and when I reached out to support, they said they’re doing checks on my account and in the meantime feel free to exchange it for another currency (with a $38 fee!!!!).

Their app isn’t usable on an iPhone. It’s filled with bugs and the UX is awful.

The website is so confusing. They’ve tried way too hard trying to build a tricky flash site and it simply doesn’t work.

I’m not sure what I dislike more, their products or the company itself.

I just want my money and it seems to have been lost in the ether with no warnings that my account would be locked while it’s being verified before I deposited the assets.

It’s now been more than a month. They never refunded me my $4,000 worth of Ethereum and now they don’t even write back. What’s worse is they have deleted my account, so now I can’t even see my funds.

What do you like best about UPHOLD?

I like the fact that it is the most innovative payment gateway currently available on the internet. With Uphold you can receive payments from anywhere in the world.

Its interface is really friendly and the best thing is that when transactions are made between users of the platform the commission is zero. If we talk about transferring the assets to your bank the commission is very low.

Because it can be said that currently it is the best option to have your money, since it is the best virtual wallet that exists. Uphold has been a great solution for me, I have my personal business and until recently I was working with traditional payment gateways, but we must recognize that in addition to presenting some details in their policies, because the commissions are exaggerated. Then a colleague told me about Uphold and I decided to try it, and being honest it is the best discovery of this year, because the commission is accessible and the rate for the change of balance is the best. What do you like best about UPHOLD?

It seems strange to talk about a purse in the cloud, far but close to being able to touch it and perfectly valid to use it. Platforms like Uphold have made it possible side by side with the virtual economy that has gained ground in recent years. There is no way for this to stop. It is better to participate, but the right tool is needed so that everything goes well and we can get out of operations. Uphold is indicated for its ease of use and its strength. There is talk of total universality, but unfortunately there are some countries where you cannot operate with Uphold. I am not a great traveler but it is possible to make clients and businesses in certain markets that should also be able to deal with online commerce. I suppose they are difficult markets to penetrate even through virtual money platforms, but this needs to happen to open us up to more business opportunities. What do you like best about UPHOLD?

You really feel freedom when you start using this cloud service platform. Uphold gives a lot of freedom of action to make multiple negotiations in the network quickly and easily. What seemed complicated is actually easier than making transactions with a traditional electronic bank. And you can have the money almost as you want. Speaking of freedom I would prefer that Uphold be anonymous but just know a little to realize that it is a very formal virtual financial platform and also that it is regulated by specific rules of the respective governments.
