I have used the platform since January. I made the switch with particular assets that would be no longer tradeable on my previous platform. I have made large transactions, both deposits, and withdrawals on several occasions. I have a weekly recurring amount that goes in. I love that feature because when I want to play around and buy a little something when there is a dip in the market, I usually have a little spending cash just chilling. #BTFD

I have no issues to report, although there are a few changes that would be nice. I am not sure where all the poor Reddit posts and reviews stem from. Before I started making transfers to other wallets & my bank, I researched it and watched a few YouTubes on it. And I am SO GLAD I did that. If you send ETH to ETC (ethereum 2.0/Ethereum classic) network by mistakes- simply put- YOU'RE SCREWED. You have to double-check that all your correspondence is correct & that you are it to the right "crypto network". Once you take the time to understand it, it's easy. I have faith in the company and feel many of the negative reviews stem from user error.

Synopsis (to my freaking novel) I enjoy it. I have had success with it and have not had any suspicious activity towards my account. They need better charts. At the very least, the option to do candles, but Heiken Ashi would be ideal. The charts need to go back at least 1-3 months by just scrolling horizontally to the right with your finger on the chart.

The fees can be a bit high, and I think a cap would be a great incentive to grow your user base. If a user pays X amount in commission fees within the month, they have met the cap and no longer have a fee. It's a pretty intelligent system.

Wish they had more ALT coins available as well as other tradeable assets. They have a unique selection for sure, but I think they need to add a lot more to be comparable. That's the only reason I consider moving is because I want more options, and maybe also the charts aren't beneficial.

Finally, it would be fantastic to add a data section explaining the assets and news relating to them. Better informed users will trade more within the app. I currently look every coin up in Coinbase because they provide excellent information on so many assets, but I don't ever trade on Coinbase anymore, so I wish uphold would update. Customer service is horrendous. They claim that they are overwhelmed by the number of new clients. However, this is a poor excuse. It is the responsibility of a business to manage its own resources. If it cannot handle the large number of customers, then it should not take on that many. Other platforms control the number of new applicants with waitlists. I have only used the platform for a few months but Uphold has blocked my account, preventing me from withdrawing my funds. I love that I can find my investments with ACH Debit transactions, meaning that you can charge your cards directly for immediate transactions. What's more, the fees are negligible and you can spend your currencies in store directly from any form of currency as uphold does all the magic for you in real time. Everything, really from Uphold I like absolutely everything, I consider it to be the coolest platform there is. What I like the most is that transactions between platform members can be made without any kind of commission and when you have to transfer the money to your bank, because the commission is really low. I also find it very useful that I can receive payments for my customer services from anywhere in the world. And it's worth noting that Uphold is not only a currency exchange wallet, but you also have at your disposal a portfolio of crypto-currencies, the most recognized, which allows you to receive or send payments with them or in any case invest in them and that's really innovative.
