## Unvoid Reviews
  ### 1. Fastest way I've seen to scale dev capacity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Unvoid?**

They integrated so smoothly with our team that it felt like working with an in-house engineer. Communication was clear, delivery was reliable, and we didn’t need to spend time on heavy onboarding or hand-holding. From this experience, I trust that Unvoid only assigns professionals who meet their high standards.

**What do you dislike about Unvoid?**

Nothing that affected the overall success. As with any project, small things came up here and there, but they were always quick to respond and fix them.

**Recommendations to others considering Unvoid:**

If you’re considering whether to hire directly or use Unvoid, think about speed and risk. With Unvoid, you skip the months of hiring and avoid the chance of a bad hire. You just get skilled developers who integrates fast and starts delivering.

**What problems is Unvoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unvoid quickly expanded our frontend capacity in React without the delays and risks of hiring, when we really needed it. Their developer integrated with our team on day one, picked things up fast, and even contributed to backend work, which gave us extra flexibility. This allowed us to stay on track with product deadlines and deliver our MVP on time.

  ### 2. Software outsourcing that feels like an in-house team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artur M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Unvoid?**

What I like best about Unvoid is how much they care about the work and the product. They don’t just complete tasks mechanically, they really think through the context and make suggestions to improve things, which makes them feel like a natural part of our team.

**What do you dislike about Unvoid?**

There’s not much to dislike. Any issues that have come up were handled quickly and professionally, and they’ve always been open to feedback and improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Unvoid:**

Treat them as a true extension of your team. If you give them the same trust and context as your in-house staff, you’ll get the most out of the partnership. They’re reliable, proactive, and truly invested in your success.

**What problems is Unvoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unvoid helps us scale our engineering capacity without the usual risks of bringing in external help. They truly integrate with our team, understand our product, and contribute thoughtfully, which has allowed us to move faster and deliver better results.

  ### 3. Unvoid helped us scale engineering with speed and quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Unvoid?**

Their engineers onboard incredibly fast. No long onboarding, no hand-holding, they just start contributing right away. They have even contributed to important architectural decisions, which isn’t something you'd expect from external developers. It feels like working with an extension of our own team rather than an outside vendor.

**What do you dislike about Unvoid?**

Nothing significant. Normal small issues came up as in any project, but they were addressed quickly and never slowed us down.

**Recommendations to others considering Unvoid:**

If you need to scale engineering capacity without sacrificing quality, Unvoid is an excellent choice. They provide engineers who ramp up fast, adapt to your way of working, and consistently deliver results.

**What problems is Unvoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to grow our engineering team quickly to keep product development on track. Hiring directly would have taken too long, but Unvoid gave us engineers in Go, Rust, and React who were productive in their first week. That helped us reach MVP faster, stay on schedule, and keep quality high without adding hiring overhead.

  ### 4. Defining our next User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Unvoid?**

I want to personally thank Cinthia Coulter at Unvoid for her detailed and consistent view of the product and look forward to continued work with her and the Unvoid team. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Mateus Sarmento and Lucas Paganini and their work and help on our project.

**What do you dislike about Unvoid?**

Nothing in particular. There is always a question about cost but we are getting our money's worth so I can't complain.

**Recommendations to others considering Unvoid:**

Do some prep work with them to help them come up to speed on your project. Then let them look at it from their perspective. Do not go in with preconceived ideas of how things should be. Let them guide you. Also, understand that it takes what it takes to get it done. You already understand the problem. They are helping you to communicate your solution to the problem.

**What problems is Unvoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our original design was created by engineers for engineers but needed a user's viewpoint. Unvoid's perspective on the approach was invaluable. They showed us how to better present the product in a manner that was more inviting and gave a fresh visual appeal.

  ### 5. Unique and innovative development agency I was happy to find

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan H. | Principal Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Unvoid?**

The team is motivated and professional, and they take candid feedback very well. They've become a true extension of our internal team and earned our trust.

**What do you dislike about Unvoid?**

As I stated below, I do love their business model for many reasons. However, because it's so unique, it did take some time for me to get used to at first. Now that we're all on the same page though it is working quite well.

**Recommendations to others considering Unvoid:**

Don't be scared to jump in! They are very client friendly and make it easy to part ways if it doesn't work out, at almost no cost to you.

**What problems is Unvoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unvoid has a really innovative business model for the tech services space. We've worked with many agencies to extend our internal engineering team, and they all operate on either an hourly or project-based pricing model. Both models have significant problems for both parties.

Unvoid has built out a completely new way to price work that is based on the task points estimated for each task we send their way. This creates an incentive for them to work hard and create as much business value for us as they can, while also giving us the safety to invest in their work because we approve all task points that get accepted into our codebase before we can be billed. It's really changed the way we work and Unvoid is now our only third party agency we work with for engineering.
